I recently asked for the Big Daddy Sauce instead of mayonnaise... Well, I say that I was totally impressed with the flavor of the house sauce that was created .. it was a bit of spice with creaminess.... my ONLY regret is I didn't ask for a container of the sauce to dip my sandwich in... I wanted more of it.. Very delicious! Regardless of the sauce... I am always satisfied to eat their sandwiches! I would suggest giving them a try!!

When my partner and I walked in, we were greeted by a man at the counter and mentioned it was our first time visiting. His response was about as uninterested as it gets. Instead of offering a menu or any guidance, he simply pointed off to the side and told us to order when we were ready. Not exactly a welcoming first impression. The space itself was small, with a few tables, drink coolers, baked goods, and smoothie options. After placing our order, we waited...and waited. After exactly 40 minutes, I finally asked about the status, especially after watching another couple come in after us, order, and leave with their food before we received ours. I understand that takeout and delivery orders are part of the business, but in-house customers should not be completely overlooked. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and no effort to acknowledge the delay. It genuinely felt like we didn't matter as customers. And for what? Two sandwiches--a roast beef and a turkey. Having worked in restaurants myself, I can confidently say that should not take 40 minutes under normal circumstances. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. We will not be returning. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

I think the Philly cheesesteak could've had more meat and I found the plain fries to be lacking salt without the Cajun seasoning but still tasty. It's very hot inside and it seems like their takeout is very active so that's what I would recommend. They have tons of different drinks inside like a gas station and also offer dessert. If you've ever been to the famous TKB Deli in Palm Springs this is a very similar setup in Syracuse. Can't wait to try more things!
