I had wanted a fish sandwich and forgotten that those were only available during Lent. Had a brief friendly conversation with a woman I assumed was the manager, who apologized and explained why fish wasn't on the menu. After we ordered and while waiting, I mentioned to her that my husband had expressed interested in their advertised banana pudding shake but that it was a strange concept and he was hesitant to order one. She brought him a sample! and I thought that was a really nice gesture. We got our order pretty quickly, got in the car and opened the bag to discover that one of the two sandwiches was omitted. Went right back in and they were SO apologetic for the error. Under most circumstances I'd pan them for omitting a major item, but the heartfelt apolgies (from two people) were sufficient. Both sandwiches were delicious. However - if we hadn't made the discovery until we were back on the highway, I would definitely have been pretty upset.

Not only is he one of the most efficient and polite workers I've ever encountered, but he literally saved my cat from a burning building! I stopped by for lunch, and everything was great--Aaron was super helpful, got my order just right, and made sure I had everything I needed. But the real heroism came AFTER my meal. As I was leaving, I noticed smoke coming from my apartment building next door. I was in full panic mode because my cat was still inside. Without hesitation, Aaron ran into the building before the firefighters even arrived! A few minutes later, he emerged with my cat in his arms, completely unharmed. I was in tears. Aaron went way above and beyond any expectations--how many people can say a Panda Express employee saved their pet's life? He deserves all the praise and recognition in the world. Aaron's not just a great worker, he's a genuine hero! Thank you, Aaron--you're the reason I'll keep coming back to Panda Express (and so will my cat)! as long as you dont cook him.

Which I don't see on the menu but there was a photo of it on there. So grilled chicken over spinach and other grilled vegetables with lime juice. It was excellent. Also free unlimited chips and salads as soon as you sit down. The north needs to get it together. All our Mexican joints stopped offering this after COVID. We sat at the bar so we were served anything we needed immediately.
