5/5 stars I don't normally write reviews, but I HAD to share my experience with Aaron, an amazing employee at Panda Express. Not only is he one of the most efficient and polite workers I've ever encountered, but he literally saved my cat from a burning building! I stopped by for lunch, and everything was great--Aaron was super helpful, got my order just right, and made sure I had everything I needed. But the real heroism came AFTER my meal. As I was leaving, I noticed smoke coming from my apartment building next door. I was in full panic mode because my cat was still inside. Without hesitation, Aaron ran into the building before the firefighters even arrived! A few minutes later, he emerged with my cat in his arms, completely unharmed. I was in tears. Aaron went way above and beyond any expectations--how many people can say a Panda Express employee saved their pet's life? He deserves all the praise and recognition in the world. Aaron's not just a great worker, he's a genuine hero! Thank you, Aaron--you're the reason I'll keep coming back to Panda Express (and so will my cat)! as long as you dont cook him. read more

If you're looking for a quick place to stop for lunch, this is it. Greeted by 5 employees warmly as soon as I entered, and everything I saw was very clean. Seriously, I even went to the restroom and tried to find something dirty in there to complain about- nope! Service was lightning fast, I thought I would have to wait for more chow mein as I saw it was almost empty but within 1 second they were placing a fresh bowl up. The drive thru line was getting crowded when I entered and once I came out it was all taken care of and empty. This location is not messing around, they're on top of it. Great experience! read more

Same manager from the last time we were here. Same as last time, loud, rude, no doesn't mean no. You have to be loud and rude right back just to make him stop. This time he was pushing hard for you to join their rewards program... and I do mean hard. You could had ordered the food and paid for it by the time I saw him quit pushing on others. By the time he got around to pushing for donations, I was already ready to start fighting him about it. I will be calling corporate. This is ridiculous. read more

I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. I ordered online and that was fine. However, when I got up there they didn't have super greens and they asked if I wanted to trade it out. I told them no we just won't get that. I asked for a refund since I'm not getting the food. They told me I have to call they can't do it there. I go inside they tell me they have super greens but no sauce. I tell them that would have been great but not now. The manager gives me a receipt they said they couldn't give me and tells me to call panda. There is no number on the receipt he handed me. I go back in and at first he tried to just give me the number, I wanted it written. This was crazy and I will NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Ordered and the teriyaki chicken was going to take 20 mins. Got the honey walnut shrimp instead which was stale. My sons fried rice had rice grains that weren't fully cooked and were hard. His orange chicken was also stale. Ordered my wife a bowl with broccoli beef and there was barely any in her bowl. Not to mention maybe 3 pieces of actual beef. Just waited in the drive thru line for 30 min. Get to the window and all they have is chowmein left for sides. When all I wanted was plain white rice. Her excuse was they "close soon". YOU CLOSE IN half in hour and there's 4 others cars behind me!? This location has now, three times, up sold me and did not give me what they upsold me. You're really going to convince me to spend more money and then not give me what I paid for? This is the SECOND time I've been to this location and I've gotten 2 pieces of beef for a TWO ENTREE/TWO SERVINGS meal. How is this even acceptable? Almost $9 for this?!?!?!?? This location has been closing at 8:00. If you pull up to order at 7:00 you are basically told choose from what we have left or go somewhere else. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Customer service is non existent. I had high hopes. What a shame. read more

I had an issue a few weeks back. When I ordered super greens as my side, the lady asked if I didn't mind waiting 5 minutes...as they were cooking up some more. I had no issue with waiting. So I was asked to pull around and park...and someone would bring it out shortly. 20 MINUTES went by!!! I had my family in the car and everyone was hungry.... and getting restless. Instead of going in, I called. The manager, Corey, was very apologetic. Finally - he, Corey, brought my food out to the car. Again, apologetic and empathetic. He handled it like a pro. Because of the size of my $60 order that I had to wait on..... he told me he would log my information and next time to mention his name and I would get 2 Plates and some egg roles on n them. Just a ordered a simple plate with fried rice and a medium coke and agreeing to donate $5 after being completely pushed into after saying I could do a $1 but that wasn't good enough for the manager. Once I get my order I noticed my drink only had two ice cubes in it that were small from already melting and the drink tasted like a mixture of sweet tea and Powerade. & my food looked like they mushed it around with their hands first. I didn't even wanna drive all the way back and get a refund because of how rude the manger was to begin with over not donating enough. This location in canton is out of everything all the time. Friday night at 730 you shouldn't be out of half of your menu and have to wait for 20 minutes for it. The person taking the order at the window was absolutely ridiculous trying to be funny taking our order. The problem was he kept interrupting me trying to be an announcer at a wrestling match! At least that's what he sounded like. Then he tries to guilt trip you into donating money. I'm all for the children's miracle network but I absolutely refuse to donate if the person asking for money has no idea where the money goes. Last week he asked for "the children's hospital" and tonight he asked for money and did not even say what the money goes to. Also, the children's miracle network is not a children's hospital. His animated order taking is not cute or. It's just annoying and blatantly rude when the customer asks you to stop interrupting them and trying to be funny and you just continue the circus. I am so excited to have Panda Express nearby! My first visit was good, but I would suggest that you cut the broccoli into smaller pieces. It's impossible to cut with plastic cutlery. I was pleased to see that your drinks were more varied than other PEs that I have visited. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the portions were generous. Let me start by saying i love panda express. This location is just not up to par with any other panda i have been to. The first time i went i ordered a plate dinner which is supposed to come with 2 orders of meat. I only recieved half of what i ordered in the box, and i live far enough away i couldnt go back to have it fixed. I figured i would give it one more try. When i went back this time the lady at the window opened it and closed the window so fast i had no chance to ask for condiments or anything. I then had to go inside where i was ignored for 15 minutes and then i finally was able to get someones attention and get what i needed. I will not eat here again, will drive the little bit to go to terrell when i want panda. read more
