Ive ordered online and drove to pick up three times in the last few weeks. Every time the order has been wrong. Their is an option at the end of online checkout for special requests and every single time this is ignored. I don't believe the employees are receiving this info in the order placement. Another time, I ordered a chicken and bacon salad and received a salad with no chicken and bacon. I drove back and received another salad free of charge but it is an inconvenience. Only one person working. Probably the owner. He was Indian. But he wanted to rip me off on the coupon. It was buy one sandwich and a drink and get a sandwich free and he was trying to say buy 2 sandwiches get a drink free. Hello I know how to read. If you aren't going to honor the coupon correctly don't send them to people in the mail!!!! He finally gave in but was mad and rude about it. I recently went to this subway and was not impressed. Both workers acted like they didn't know what they were doing and were rude. I asked for oregano on my sandwich and "Britt" acted like she didn't know what it was. Another piece of advice: don't go here if you are in a hurry. If possible I'd give this place no stars- Horrible horrible service, how hard is it to greet everyone with a smile as they walk in. Since it's a franchise restaurant the quality of food should be the same at every location right? Nope not here. Go to this subway if you want TERRIBLE customer service, some new faces working there and they are foreigners, you can't understand what they are saying, they skimp on the food. Always seem aggravated towards the customers, heard them tell the employees that you run out of a certain type of bread/meat just tell the customers we are out and they can get something else. Went in there on last night and both female employees told me they ran out of regular bread all they had left was flatbread and the wraps, there is one foreigner who will make your food without washing his hands, if I am correct that is a DHEC violation. Whenever I go in there in the morning during the week the nice man that opens tells me that they are out of my type of bread and are currently cooking more because the foreigners want them to throw away bread and cookies every day and won't even let them donate it to We Care. I went in to get a sub the day before Easter this year an overheard 1 of the Indians tell a employee that he will work Easter or be fired, me and my friends will NOT be eating at this Subway ever again, take it from me and DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. read more
