Updated review September 2022- Long story short. I went in to see if the previous issues (since I really like Jersey Mikes overall) had been addressed and I was pleased to see that they had. This location is now running smoothly offering fresh looking food. They have busy moments and the employees work hard to get the orders taken and made. I am very disappointed we come into this place at least once a week but tonight we came in close to closing and we're told we could only order a cold sub. If you are going to close at 9pm you serve your menu until then. We won't be going back for a little while i rather give our money to a business that honors there hours and serves customers. read more

I eat here way too often. I love it! The rosemary Parmesan bread is my favorite, and you have to try the cherry pepper relish! I always get the Italian. They do stay busy, so I sometimes order ahead and wait about an hour to pick it up, because I've made the mistake of waiting too many times. read more

I stop here frequently and the sandwiches are usually great. Not so much yesterday. Seemed that my sandwich had significantly less meat than they usually do and the bread was hard and tasted stale. Not the norm here and when you are paying very near $20. for the largest size sandwich and a tiny bag of chips, totally unacceptable. Service was fine as usual, but consistency of the product was sadly lacking on this visit. Not sure if I will be back real soon. They can do better. read more

They have the best cheese steaks I have had in SC. We have ordered take-out from them multiple times and have never been disappointed, until last week. I always get a Mushroom Cheese Steak with no onions or green peppers. And although my wife ordered mine with no onions or green peppers, when she brought it home it had green peppers!! I am allergic to them and should not have tried to pick them off, but I did, unsuccessfully! I spent most of the night in the bathroom. This was my fault for eating the sandwich anyway, and Jersey Mike's for not making sure they had the order correct. This one disappointing order will not keep us from ordering from here again. We will still be customer's and recommend them to others. They are not quite as good as Pat's in South Philly, but they are close! read more

I've been a loyal customer since they opened here in Chapin. Since they've opened, I don't get subs anywhere else; they're great! There is always a lot of meat, which is freshly cut. The mobile app is a great tool and they always have our subs ready for pickup. read more

The people that work here are rude. I've had 4 different encounters and I have never been treated like a person. It's very clear they don't like what they do, they shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers. Our food has never been correct and when we have said something we are told, "there is nothing we can do about it". Bread was old. Got a cheese steak sandwich. Flavor want good, bread wasn't soft. Then made a sandwich to a salad and there isn't very many veggies to pick from. Subway is way better. Waste of money. read more

The hot subs are delicious. What i dont like about this place is the fact that they keep the meats and cheeses they slice open in the same cooler right next to eachother. They should wrap them back up after use to keep from cross contamination. One employee never changed her gloves when slicing meats for cold sandwiches. She touched the cheese with the same glove, so the cheeses had pepper on them from the previous cut of meat. The worse part is that she didnt even clean the slicer when switching from meat to cheese. She used the same dirty slicer for all the customer getting cold subs. read more

When I walked in, I was able to order. Once my order was taken, I waited about 15-20 minutes before my sandwich was ready. While waiting, they had messed up 2 sandwiches but I didn't think anything about it. The couple, who ordered in front of me had waited way longer than I had, walked back in and told me that she was given my sandwich and I was given hers. I checked my sandwich, and she was correct. They remade our sandwiches (with no apologies or anything from the workers or managers) which made us both wait another 15 minutes. Once I got out to my car, my sandwich was made incorrectly again but I didn't have time to go back in for a second time. Seemed like they were understaffed as well read more
