Does Arby's still have Au jus? It kind of ruins the sandwich without the dipping Au jus. The same damn thing happen at the Fremont, Ohio Arby's a month ago. At this point she refused to help us. Refused to give me my money or food. I honestly didn't even know want the food at this point. Had to get the cops involved as they refused to give It to me, basically stealing my money. Finally got my money back and we left. Absolutely ridiculous. I've never had this happen before.
