I have not been inside this mcdonalds in several years. I get tired of the constant cluster **** in the drive thru, so today we came inside. This place needs a good scrubbing. The floors are disgusting. The counter around the register is cruddy. Not crumbs and bits of paper, dirt. The garbage bins have not been moved in awhile. There in crud around them, trash under them. Trash under the drink area, under and around the tables. In every nook and cranny. Where it has been surface swept, but not cleaned. The crew is lackluster. Everyone is walking around like zombies. Where is the colorful visors and shirts from the past? The peppy workers with the friendly smile? The franchise owner needs to spend a day here. Its a sad miserable place to spend time in. read more

If you like listing to loud bantering and profanity while you dine in, then this is the place for you. Sadly it's mostly coming from the employees, my how things have changed over the years. I walked in one night and saw fries spilled on a table and floor, nobody seemed concerned enough to clean it up, when the employees started jabbering back and fourth, I had to ask myself, why do I come here, well they are the only fast option for miles after 10pm. This was the best McDonald's that we have ever eaten at....our food was hot and tasty and the servers(we had to take a number) were so gracious! The restaurant was soooo clean....the bathrooms were spotless. We will go there more often. I really don't have much to say. The food is always either cold, not what you ordered or you end up missing food in general when using the drive thru. In the past I would frequently visit this McDonalds. But within the most recent months of this year and the later months of 2018 they may be cash only during midnight hours. Recommend hiring more suitable candidates to handle food and focus on customer service and comfort ability. read more

Restrooms were okay, trash cans full. This morning came in & saw a person go in to clean, while fixtures were clean, the floors had not been picked up & the trash cans were still full. The place was fairly quiet, although the reviews I had seen had reported profanity & loud staff interchanges; I saw none of that. All were mannerly, quiet spoken & took care of my order in minimal time. Friends do visit with friends who work here. Locals, some the whole family in for a snack or meal. The cashier was friendly, was efficient with the one item I ordered. The fries were good. This morning I ordered a couple of large coffees with cream & two orders of egg & sausage. She did include silverware, condiments & napkins. I do wish she had separated the order into two containers, but it worked out. Everyone was busy, no milling around or goofing off. Quiet this morning also, all working and no goofing off. There is commercial vehicle parking; a sign says one hour only, but they allow some overnight parking apparently. And if you are delivering in the area, it is one of the only places to park. read more

I would rate it zero if I could it takes 15 minutes just to order then another 10 to get the food we ordered one slushie and they always make us pull up we wait 15 minutes for a slushie that takes 0.5 seconds to make. read more

The moral and teamwork were very low. The employees were always arguing. WAY too much mustard on our cheeseburgers. For once they didn't get our order wrong though. The only good working person in the restaurant was the manager named Kyle read more

As long as they take to get you your food you would think that it would be fresh and warm right? Apparently I'm wrong because when I got my food it was cold, had little to no fries, the burgers were old and cold , our nuggets cold and nasty, and our sprite had no flavor at all. At this point I would rather go to Wendy's. read more

McDonalds. This one is pretty quick most of the time sometimes they're slow. I've been here a lot foods always good. Only complain they screw up your order almost always something wrong. But if your just going out real quick this is nice to go by. read more

By far the WORST McDonald's I have been to. Literally every visit they forget something I ordered. Recent just this weekend Friday went thru get my child's happy meal forgot the toy the reason for getting a happy meal, now today which is Sunday went thru again forgot toy an have her diced apples for oatmeal instead of sliced apples. Now that's obviously little things but the little things have added up to me never going back to them again.!!! Than when I call to let them know they have forgotten stuff they're very rude an make it as I'm lying. I'm sick of getting home to realize they have forgotten things in in my bags an of course I usually check but sometimes I forget to, my sandwiches are always cold an burnt, an let me get to my favorites the fries I always have to ask for my fries to be fresh an of course they get upset but idc by the time I get home to eat my food my fries are so completely cold an soggy. I do believe they need to retrain an evaluate there employees because I'm not the only person in this small town who are now driving to other towns just to get our McDonald's. read more

I ordered a mocha extra chocolate drizzle and got a black coffee. Ordered a mcchicken extra mayo and got no mayo. Ordered a cheese burger and they forgot ketchup. Horrible customer service also. read more

This is the worst place to eat in Clyde Ohio. The orders are never right. They scream in your ears when taking orders. When you do finally get what you ordered the fries are so cold my dog won't eat the fries. My son ordered two wraps and one was half the size of the other. We wondered if someone ate the other half. I will only order frappe's from now on because I like them so well. read more
