A perfect option for when you're feeling tired of fast food and need a change. The service is fast, for when you need to get right back to Cedar Point. The unlimited breadsticks are great. The food isn't fancy, but I'm giving it 5 stars for being exceptional for what it is. At half the price of Olive Garden, it's punches way above its weight. I tried the lunch combo (with pizza), and ended up coming back for the ravioli the next day. Don't forget to download the app to make good prices even better. Oh and Cheesecake Factory cheesecake...delicious, and all too tempting. The orange one was delicious. Had to remind the staff that my chicken fettuccine Alfredo is supposed to have chicken in it. The orange chicken that was added was a surprise. They didn't throw my food away and remade it, just added the chicken on top, violating food and safety laws. I also found a bone in the chicken. Lasagna wasn't properly cooked. This is the filthiest restaurant I was ever in. The staff is unfriendly and act like they are bored. On top of that, the food is just pasta with red sauce dumped on it. We stopped in because it was 8:25 and yelp said F's was open till 9:30. The sign was not lit up and the parking lot was dark. We thought the hours must have been wrong on yelp. Employees being what they are these days we thought they just forgot to turn the sign on. The sign on the door said we had 35minutes before close plenty of time at F's to get some food. As we where looking at the menu someone in the back yelled we are out of lasagna! So all the combo meals were off the table. That made us have to rethink our entire order. So we let a group go before us. When we started to order we tried to order iced tea which they informed us had already been dumped out. My wife and I were so excited to find a Fazoli's while we were out in Sandusky. We have been together since 2001 and we always frequented Fazoli's on many dates when we didn't have time for a fine dining experience. This place is very nostalgic to us and the food is still good for what it is. The increased prices are a little absurd for what Fazoli's is so I had to deduct a star. read more

Myself and 3 of my friends left Cedar Point early in sandusky Ohio to be able to get to Fazoli's before closing time. This was my first experience there and it will be my last after the horrible customer service I've received. Myself and one other ordered online. I was charged twice. One was quickly refunded. I called to make sure my order went through and was told that they didn't have the fried mozzarella bites. They they quickly changed their mind then said they do. Confusion? Go through the drive through we grab our orders before we head back to the hotel for the night. Get back to the hotel my order is wrong! I called that night and was told that they were closed but I could bring the food back the next day to exchange or refund. None of these options work for me as we were heading back to where we live early the next day. Which is not in sandusky Ohio. I ordered chicken parm and mozzarella bites. I received alfredo noodles and spaghetti and meatballs. They refuse to refund me the money. I have talked to 2 regular employees and 1 boss. Still waiting on a call back. This is the worst customer service I've received in a long time. Being a season pass holder of cedar point and someone who frequents the area often. I will never order from here again. read more

It has been many years since I have had a meal at Fazoli's and my goodness it was still as good as i remember! The Alfredo was better than I remember and the baked spaghetti was good too. Stopped in here again this year, in May (again, the day before Cedar Point). It's your average chain / fast food restaurant but because we don't have Fazoli's in Michigan - or at least, none that I know of - I like eating here. {just checked their website ... there are THREE in Michigan. But all are in Jackson or Lansing, which is a good 1.5 hour drive for me.} I got some sort of chicken pasta bake thing that was decadent (very cheese-y {cheesy?}) but delicious. I think it was only like $7-8 too. My friend got pasta with marinara sauce. This is a super convenient location, too, in that it's right on Milan Rd. near most of the Sandusky hotels and on the way to the park, if you get off the highway at Milan Rd. While visiting Sandusky and staying on Milan road we happened upon Fazoli's while looking for a dinner choice. I looked up the menu online and it looked good. Also the google reviews were 4.7/5. When we drove up there were lots of cars in the parking lot and in the drive through lane which is always a good sign. People obviously like it! So we gave it a try! It appears to be a family Italian restaurant in an repurposed fast food building. It is counter service and then they give you a number and they will bring your food out in real dishes. They clean up, so when you are done just leave your stuff and go. Right from the start I was thinking 4-5 stars and had high hopes for the food given the menu options! Very friendly greeting. Very good knowledge of menu and we were able to get a hearty vegan meal. We altered one of the menu items to remove the cream sauce and add marinara and it was perfect. We both got the same thing. The woman at the counter was beyond helpful and friendly. We finished up our order, got our number, went and got our self serve drinks, napkins silverware and picked a table. Lots of tables, booths, all sizes. After a medium wait, a nice friendly server brought us our food and our unlimited breadsticks. The breadsticks were not vegan as they were loaded with a buttery substance (maybe butter, maybe oil, maybe marg - unsure) but they were good! Our dinner was delicious. Whole wheat rotini with fresh veggies (spinach, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli), great spice palette (garlic, basil, plus unknown but typically Italian spice combo - really tasty), and a hearty chunky marinara sauce. I really could have done without the bread sticks personally, as they were not vegan and the entree was so hearty, but my husband loved them!! I would definitely recommend coming to Fazoli's if you are staying on Milan road in Sandusky. Pass by all the fast food and chain choices and check out this gem. Were do I began maybe my first mistake was going to eat there while they were in the middle of unloading there supply truck or the fact that they were a little busy maybe there night shift can't handle maybe 20 whole customers us included ! Now mind you this isn't the first time I've gone to this location and either end up with bad service or not good food! Unfortunately this is my son favorite place to eat at when were in Sandusky! Well last night was the final straw I won't be going back to this location in the evening .There cash register girl. Acted. Like she didn't want to be there I ordered kids meals was told they were out of penne witch ok not a big deal ! So as the girl was cashing me out I asked doesn't the kids meals come with drinks and she started saying you didn't order kids meals and before I could say anything else she said forget it whatever and slammed down 4 small cups in front of me! That when I go to get the pop for everyone no ice in the one machine and very little coming out of the other machine , no packets of parmesan cheese just the shakers witch ok I guess another thing I'll over look, barely any napkins! So finally picked a table to sit at and wait for our food when it came everything was in to go containers witch I'm guessing trying to save on any kind of washing dishes so that was a little bit of a plus! First thing I noticed was the double slice of pizza I got my husband it looked dried out as if it was sitting under a heat lamp for too long he ended up giving half of the double slices to my daughter who took a bite and then left it sitting on her plate! Now my all family favorite part there breadsticks but lately they fall a part super easy not sure if it's because of under cooking them or too much garlic butter! Fazoli's has always been on my radar for fast-food Italian. If you turn your nose up at chain restaurants and fast food, you probably won't like Fazoli's. But if you're craving some pasta, this will definitely hit the spot. The food is pretty good. On some of the baked dishes there are noodles that will come out dry at the top. Well this is really your own option if you want Italian food "real fast". Breadsticks are as butter-coated and amazing as ever.
