This place is the slowest subway ever. Every time I stop here it slow and busy. You take online orders. You can even deal with the in store customers. Always just one person working. Well we thought we would give this place another chance and well they were just as bad as we remembered! My wife stopped about 40 minutes before their advertised closing time and they had the door locked and when they saw her approach the door they turned off the lights! The last time we tried this place the woman working in there wouldn't let us dine in. She said she didn't want to clean the lobby again. This was 3 hours before their advertised closing time! As soon as we walked in we noticed Russel who is a worker here, telling an older gal that she was stupid. She had a coupon that she wanted to use and he said "I can't do anything with that" and ignored her. Then when it came to our sandwich's he was very rude. He started making two sandwiches when we only wanted one and told us that we told him 2. He then began to ring up the second and we explained we never ordered the second so we wouldn't be paying. I've been to MANY Subways and love their food. The Subway on Ponderosa in Colville is disgusting. Pulled up and one of the male employees was standing outside smoking and pacing. Went in, no other person around. Stepped up and told the worker what I would like. He began complaining about slow business and how BORED he was. The "smoker" came in, went to the kitchen and talked with the worker, complaining. Back out the door with him, on with the sandwich. NO veggies. Worker says that that's his next chore. I asked him if he were bored, why don't we just work on fresh veggies! "I don't know, guess I could have." And they pay these guys? Wow! THERE'S a waist of money!! read more

Went to subway over the weekend, my daughter opened the door and there was a mouse inside that ended up coming out the front door. If they are in the lobby, they have to be back where the food is stored. We turned around and walked right back out! So gross!! read more

WOW! Bad and poorly managed hardly covers it. Ordered a wrap that was a standard menu item and the employee did not have a clue what was in the wrap or how it was made. Lots of questions that were repeated at least twice about whether I wanted what was advertised as being part of the item - result was a very marginal wrap. All the while I was treated to seeing the other counter employee repeatedly leaning over the counter to lock lips with her boyfriend, not what I expected as lunchtime entertainment. I went to subway (Colville) saturday and sunday. There is only 1 employee working and in the whole building by themself. I think for saftey wise there should be 2 all around. both times it took 45 mins to get threw the line because there's no help. People walked out both times because it took so long. There was no hand washing in between taking cash and starting the next round of food. They used a hand sink to rise of a knife to reuse. They employee both worked hard. One guy today (sunday) mention why there is only 1 employee. She said it's winter hours and it's Sunday. It was the same on Saturday to. It was right at lunch time to. read more

The worst subway experience I've ever had, definitely won't be going here again. Walked in with three people in front of me with no employees, employee walked out 5 minutes later out of the bathroom with an attitude and was texting on her phone. Was super unprofessional and snappy at all the customers, half the veggies were missing and what was there for veggies, she wouldn't put the normal amount ie, 5 pieces of spinach on a footlong and maybe 3 olives and 6 onions. Then while she was making the subs she would pause check here phone walk off comeback and not wash her hands, and complained the entire time how she doesn't have time to do everything. Management needs to do a better job hiring and making sure there are enough veggies and everything else. If I could I'd give this place zero stars read more
