I gave this location a call I told him do they accept coupons paper coupons they said yes we will be happy to serve you. I go inside. I introduce the coupon. They say that you can do it. You have to do it online and the line left. disappointed I did it online. It didn't work so I just left. Then try to understand the situation then try to explain it then try to do anything. I don't usually go to Subway, but there really aren't many good fast food options in this area...I hadn't been to subway in a while so I said, what the heck. I see on the window they are offering a summer special BBQ sandwich. Walked in and asked the foreign guy behind the counter, how is the new BBQ sandwich, is it selling well? He looks at me like he's lost and says pork? and points to it, then says what kind of bread? Oh well, so much for that...I'll just get a ham and cheese sandwich, please. I decided upon honey wheat bread, the guy slaps on the ham and my sandwich was promptly pushed to the next guy in the assembly line. There was a black guy doing the toppings, he spoke English and was a pleasant gentleman. I wish subway had Swiss cheese, I like Swiss but that's not an option here. So i got the plasticky, no flavor American cheese and kept it moving. The cashier was pleasant and cashed me out with a smile. I had no breakfast and was starving so I proceeded to devour my sandwich in the car, within 8 minutes it was gone. It was ok, nothing great, but alright. I sure wish I had my swiss cheese. An employee at this store tried to cheat my kids. I had sent my two young boys to purchase 3 ham and cheese sandwiches. I gave then $25 as I sat in the car to wait for them. They came back with $1.49. I asked for the receipt that displayed 3 steak and cheese instead. I came to show her the error on the receipt. She quickly said yes you're right; rang it up to $17. What she did next is my reason why I will not ever come back. She proceeded to look confused on what to give me back. I said its $8 change ( and if you weren't trying to be evil, you would've known). She gave me that same $1.49 back. I said no, take 17 from 25 and give me my 8 change. After several minutes, she tried to give me 7.94 back (I quickly noticed only 7.54 in my hand). Mam, if you cant count, please find another profession. Please dont try to cheat while your basic Math is lacking. Not coming back. Get better staff asap!! read more

I went there tonight and they closed up early. I had to knock on the doors window very hard several times. They were looking down trying to ignore me hoping I would be one of the people to go away. I'm looking like ... ahhhh I see you shaking your heads. You not supposed to be closed. Then the young girl finally came. I had to tell her through the door what I wanted. Sad !!!! I was mad because I done spend my money buying You April (and your other employees) caramel pecanbons at half off of $17.99 plus $2.00 for the caramel pecan and tax. Then you couldn't just say I can get some ice??? Really in my own little cup too.
