I really enjoyed my overall experience here. It has been like 15 years since I've last eaten at Firehouse Subs and I don't know why it has taken so long. I wanted a warm sub sandwich and they are the first to come to mind. I had the turkey bacon ranch sub with potato soup for the sides. Everything was delicious! OMG! They do not hold back on ingredients. Every dime that you spend is truly worth it. I had the large and was able to eat it for lunch and dinner because it is so filling. The environment was so clean and comfy that I went ahead and dined in even though I was planning to takeout. Oh and let me add that I also love the firehouse decor, so cute! The one thing you can expect here is a bad attitude from the employees. If you're OK dealing with that, in no way expect your order to be correct. I've been to many others around the country with no issues. But, this one has gotten me for the last time. read more

This restaurant is always clean when I visit and the place is always at least half filled up with people which makes me think I'm not the only one. I love their Hook & Ladder medium sandwich without cheese and mayo. It just seems to be good every time. read more

I ordered two Italian Subs online at their website, specifically requested no mayo and submitted my order. I looked down at my phone and the order page reappeared. So, I went to my email and saw that the order had actually processed. Additionally, I received an alert from my credit card which also verified that the order had went through successfully. I "backed out of the order page" and closed out of the website. I received my sandwiches, drove home, opened my sandwiches and both had mayo ... actually, EXTRA MAYO! On top of that, Firehouse Sub double-charged my account $28.52. I updated the survey that I received and the autoresponder said that someone would call me back, they didn't. I went to the website, submitted a request, again the auto responder said that someone would call me back, they didn't. Finally, I submitted a dispute with my credit card company, and I am anticipating a refund shortly. The bigger issue is a clear lack of customer service with this company. If they fail to take care of small matters such as this, where else are they failing? The website ordering page should have NEVER been released to the public without proper testing for failures such as this ... if I experienced this double-charge, I know that OTHERS have also had the same experience. read more

Always great food, however the manager or shift lead on wednesday nights is so rude. Rolling her eyes, and slamming stuff because someone comes in 10 minutes before close is ridiculous. As a restaurant manager myself I understand being frustrated and wanting to go home early, but that's not the line of work we are in. If you are open till and certain time, you serve guest until that time. Always loved this location, but that definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. read more

My son told me about this place that has gluten free bread and I was like yea. Got it home and for a ridiculous price of $11 it is sooooo small. If bread small at least pack it with meat and verges. I have pictures. It is so flat. The food was good but no way enough for what I paid. We will not be back unless changes are made. Thanks! read more

On 12/11/24 I went to firehouse to get food. I used the tap/nfc function on my card to pay. I use this everywhere because the chip and strip don't work on my visa. At this point, I had been to this new location a few times and had no issue with paying. NORMALLY, a tip screen comes up. Stay with me. On this particular day, the cashier was furiously tapping buttons behind the register and the tip screen disappeared quickly. It LOOKED like 15% was selected. When the transaction was done, he asked if I wanted my receipt. I replied that I did. While printing it out, he stated to let him know if I wanted to refund the tip. I said what tip? He replied that I selected a tip when I used the tap. It was quick thinking on his part, but it's bs. My card was off the screen when this was going on, and such a thing has never happened, ever. It's obvious that he's done this before. If I honestly had selected a tip by this miraculous accident it, why wait to see if I wanted a receipt to tell me that happened? I watched him with the three transactions that came in after me, and he asked them all if they wanted a receipt. None of them wanted one. If I hadn't noticed the tip screen flashing away quickly, I wouldn't have asked for one either. How many times has this employee done this to people? I reached out firehouse immediately, and I got a generic response. I responded to that with a detailed explanation on how unacceptable their genric response was, and they stated a manager from that location would reach out to me. That was over 5 days ago. I guess they don't care that their employee is stealing money from customers. Maybe they think it's no big deal. Either way, I advise you to spend your money somewhere else. It doesn't take this long to address the concerns of a customer unless you don't give a ****. read more

Quick word of warning: the parking lot is a bit of a mess (full of potholes). But I obviously don't count that against them, just an fyi. The service here is phenomenal, as it is at every Firehouse location I've been to. The people are really nice, and they're always great at getting my orders right the first time and checking with me if they have any questions about anything (I get my subs without any sauces or condiments on them which can throw them sometimes). The drinks are great, of course. Their tea is great and they have a Freestyle Coke machine so you have nearly as many choices here as you do at Sonic. The food, as I said, is great. FHS is by far my favorite fast food sub shops. I LOVE their hook and ladder sub...but when I want to change it up I will get there spicy Italian sub. My family and I visited this location for the first time in over 5 years. We picked one of the busiest times too. We pulled in close to noon and was bombarded with long line that was at least 15 people long. We waited patiently for about 5 minutes....I was shocked they moved that quickly at the register. We picked a table that was clean and fully stocked in the middle and waited for our food. We only waited about 7 minutes and that was for 3 full subs and 2 kid meals. My sub was served hot and fresh. Plus, the sweet tea was freshly brewed. I definitely will be back to this location. read more

In the event I didn't cook the night before or just don't make a lunch, this is my go to when I'm in a hurry. Plus I work within walking distance, so it's just easy. Typically this place is pretty jam packed during the lunch hours due to it being in the middle of a bunch of different companies. That aside, they normally provide quick/good service even when they're slammed. A perk is that they always have sports center on. My personal preference here is the firehouse club. Firehouse has really good hot subs and friendly staff behind the counter. I think they're a little expensive for a sandwich (expect to spend about $10) and the restaurant is often in need of a cleaning. That said, the subs are so good it still gets 4 stars from me. read more

The food is great - no REALLY great. The service is the best you can hope for. The business is clean. I come here often. The Hearty and Flavorful menu is awesome for healthy eaters. Try the chili - it's really tasty. The Hook & Ladder (Light or Regular) and the Hero are the best. I've also taken a liking to the Turkey and Cranberry. You can get the usual combo of chips or cookie along with a drink OR you could get the bowl of chili instead of the chips. They also have the Drink Creations machine here so the kids can have some fun or the adults can spend a minute trying to figure out how to get a simple Coke. This business does take Apple Pay! They were one of the first. If you don't have a loyalty account, download the app and make sure to enter your phone number in the machine (the credit card machine) before you pay for your order so you can accumulate some points.
