I've always heard of Jersey Mike's subs and finally got a chance to go. The establishment was clean and the workers were friendly. We were helped right away I ended up getting a turkey sub added a free of the freebies. They have red wine and oil that you can get on it but since we were not dining in I ordered those on the side. It does add some great flavor to the sub. read more

I ordered Chipotle steak and cheese sandwich. The sandwich was warm and it tasted good. The sandwich had steak,cheese, Chipotle mayo, grilled onions, red&green peppers on it. It was delicious. I know I can sometime overlook something on a website. I placed my order without knowing how to choose a pickup time. The Philly cheesesteak meat and bread where good, but I asked for extra jalapenos and I got a total of three on the entire large big kahuna sandwich. The American cheese addition made the sandwich too salty and did not offer a substitution. It made me not want to go there again. I will go to Subway where you have options. read more

Hate to write a bad review about a Jersey Mike's sandwich shop but I was so disappointed with our selections today. We placed an order through the website and when we got the sandwiches home they were all soggy and falling apart. It's sad when you pay $36 plus a $5 tip for dinner and look forward to enjoying a yummy sandwich only to get all the way home and realize that now you still have to make dinner. Just wish people in entry level positions, like sandwich making, realize they could be serving someone in a position to offer them a life changing job. read more

We are here a week ten days ago. Drink machine wasn't making ice. I asked about it. " No it doesn't work". Did they put up a sign ? No. Multiple people came in and asked the same question. They never put a sign up while we were there. Today we had lunch there. Drink machine still down. This time at least they had a sign on the door and the machine. I have been coming to this location since I heard Jersey Mike's was in Memphis. Never understood the service and value until I visited the Poplar store near Ridgeway. Bartlett store has way better service and the workers communicate. The food is hot and tasty. Poplar store is terrible. It is slow, they don't pay attention to detail, and everyone is complaining about service. It is the total opposite of the Bartlett store. At the same hour of the day Bartlett had just as many people eating peacefully in store as Poplar had waiting and complaining about service if not more. This store deserves recognition or a bell at the door to ring in appreciation of good service. The store is clean and accessible. The parking lot should be bigger. Came here for lunch and they were busy as expected. They had a bunch of Togo orders that they were making while the rest of the in person customers waited to order but it didn't take them long to get to us. What's leading me to do this review is that I sent someone to grab me a 7" Italian on white bread, with pepper jack cheese, or any other cheese if pepper Jack wasn't available. ( I received none!). Food is excellent but online ordering is a waste of time, as my food is NEVER ready when promised. I'm not sure why it takes 20+ min to make 2 subs, but what do I know. First visit since opening. They are on the opposite end of where the bagel company was. Quick service and attentive staff. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was not crowded but still busy with patrons eating in. They have a rewards program just sign up at the register with your phone number.i ordered the philly steak added lettuce, tomatoes,and mayo. I've had Jersey Mike's in the past and it was just as good as I remember. So glad they are back and in this area. I will definitely return. My daughter place a $50 order online pickup with a 34 minute wait time food should have been ready at 3:15. Upon arrival had to wait an additional 10 minutes. We ordered 3 sandwiches a club, big kahuna and a chicken philly. This is the chicken philly. It was supposed to have extra meat and extra cheese on it. It is very unappetizing and unacceptable. We called the manager letting her know the state of the the sandwich she replied that wasn't possible. She was rude and accusatory in her tone by saying we are not giving out Free food. My daughter simply replied what's free about something I already paid for. I only want a remake. The so called "manger" kept insisting she wasn't giving away anything free! Say no more I can deal with the occasional mishap,but when the management doesn't care to make the situation right. It's a lost cause. We are weekly sometimes bi/weekly customers spending upwards 50 to 75 dollars on sandwiches for our family. Second time here in the last week. Can conclude Jersey Mike's has the best Philly in Memphis. Can contest this considering I've had every Philly Cheese from Huey's, Steak Escape, to Gino's and Delassandro's in Philadelphia. The sandwich here was up to par and beyond expectations. I recommend order the famous Philly and ask for a side of the buttermilk pickles. Place was clean and staff was very nice. Whole restaurant was full every time I went and had no issue pleasing the crowd. 10/10 read more

Let me start by saying, I usually am not excited about a sub. It's usually just something to eat until I can get something better. BUT The QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INGREDIENTS AT THIS LOCATION, has changed my thoughts COMPLETELY. I've only been here twice, however each time I was met with the most friendly interaction, clean environment, along with a sandwich that looks like it belongs on a commercial!! I'm a regular at this location, eating here about 4 times per week. They are usually quite busy at lunch time, especially if you arrive much after 11 a.m., but the line typically moves fairly fast. Today however, in addition to the in-store customers, they were backed up with to-go/delivery orders, so the line was nearly at a standstill. After a 10-15 minute wait in line, I finally placed my order only to be surprised with the news that a hot sub would take an additional 20 minutes due to the fact that they were so busy. I left the restaurant. I simply didn't have that much time, having used nearly half my lunch break standing in line. An easy fix for this 1-star review would be for them to make a general announcement every 3 or 4 minutes as customers are steadily coming in, informing us that a "hot sub" order would be an additional 20 minute wait once an order has been placed. It really is just that simple, and once my temper cools a bit, I may stop back in and make this suggestion. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. When I arrived there was one employee fixing subs for a customer and four more in the back talking and joking around. I waited for five minutes before my order was taken. Then three other customers arrived. Rather than prepare my order the young lady took all the other customers' orders, ran back and forth to the back twice looking for bread while the other four stood around doing nothing. At that point, I advised them to cancel my order and told them I'd go down the street to Lenny's where I wouldn't have to wait so long. I feel bad for the franchisee who is trusting their business to a bunch of teen/early 20 somethings who don't care about the customers who help pay the bills.
