So I reordered and waited while they prepared the pizza - We ordered a "King Pepperoni." About ten minutes later, I was told they had "found" my original order(I didn't ask where it was hiding???). So I paid and brought the pizza home. By then it had been more than an hour since I ordered it and the pizza was stone cold. Not only that, it tasted like cardboard. We have occasionally ordered Lansky's before and it was better, but this one sucked bad. The toppings were thin, very little sauce , minimal cheese and the whole thing lacked taste. Yummy pizza is good even when it's cold, but this was not yummy. For nearly $30, I expected better. Between the pointless phone wait, the "who cares" attitude, the temporary lost order and the cold, dry, tasteless pizza, it is unlikely I will ever have Lansky's again.

We had to circle the block and park 2 blocks away. The food...the Taxi Driver was dry compared to what I had at their other locations. The bread usually has butter on it before being toasted, which gives the entire sandwich a total moistness, which this one was lacking. Overall, it's still the best sandwich chain in the area. Highly recommend.

Said we were 15 minutes out. We arrived about 15 minutes after we called just like we discussed. Informed the staff who we were and that we were there. Both sandwiches and the fries and the tots. Cold. My sons wings were at room temp if i round up. We told the waitress she said shed talk to the manager and left and just never ever came back. Another staff member came by and asked how it was. We told her cold and not good. She said shed talk to the manager I said no need im sorry to bring it up but im hangry and we were in a hurry. But it was too late being ghosted by a waitress. She said I just got here but ill talk to them. Then she also just melted into the fabric of the restaurant. We did get to watch her talk to her coworkers and then stare at us in unison. But we were in a hurry So I ate my buffalo ice cold deli meat sandwich but I just couldnt choke down the fries my family ate their meals vulture style picking what they could stomach.
