Hey whoever runs this subway please reconsider getting the place moving different...the worker who made my subs was super stingy and I got me and someone else a sub. Barely any toppings..like rationing. Nobody likes asking for extra especially after you ask and they barely put anymore on like they did when I asked. Me and my friend agreed we are never going back there again..we love subway. Also side note my sub felt like it was made with hatred. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go and I got home and they were both HORRIBLE! The bread was hard and it tasted really bad. They skimped on the meats and cheese. I contacted management by email and I never got a response back! It is not a busy location so buyer beware! read more

Just an unbelievably terrible sandwich. Not just bad, but horrible. We've eaten at this subway before but this time the sandwiches were bad. First, the bread was not fresh. It was stiff, not soft and the crust on it flaked off. I ended up cutting the top portion of my bread off to make it a bit more easy to eat since it wasn't soft. Then, there was just almost nothing on the sandwich except the meat and cheese. I counted 3 olive slices, correct tomatoes, not even enough lettuce to extend the length of the sandwich. Needless to say, I've noticed the lack of condiments is a trend at Subway to help reduce costs. It's reduced two customers is what it's done. My parents said they recently had the same problem at this Creswell subway. Our visit was 3/13, approx. 1pm for internet pick up. read more

Went there last night and the service was TERRIBLE. The girl that was making sandwiches was new and the other two employees completely avoided helping her when she got a line of customers. I felt bad for this new girl too because they were so RUDE to her and did not approach the training in a professional manner. It took me 30 minutes to get my sandwich and when I came in there was only one person in front of me. I will never go here again. read more

They couldn't be more miserable if they tried. I've been there twice now and they are either stoned or constipated because not one said hello in response to my greeting. They didn't respond when I said 'thank you' either. I have never had worse customer service. On top of that, they weren't changing gloves between customers or when moving trays into the oven and then going back to digging their hands into the bins of vegetables. read more

I've had some bad experiences at places, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed with this one. For a place in a small town, you would think the service would be good. My husband and I went here for lunch today due to my super subway cravings. We walked in and the store was dirty, the line was even dirtier with vegetables in other veggies etc. I let it go as it was lunch and they may have gotten busy for a bit. When we had our sandwich made, it was alright, but the lady wrapped our 2 sandwiches together upside down because they ran out baskets...okay whatever not a big deal. When we sat down to eat it though, it was a MESS. My husband said he'd just ask them to remake it for us and ask for a basket. So he went to the lady and explained it was a mess, and If we could please have it remade and put in a basket. I told her it's okay if they don't have baskets, just wrap it separately this time and she turns around and says "well I thought it was all about the basket " as she was walking away. My husband said "I'll just wait for her to get back an explain what you meant". THEN she turns around and says with a huge attitude " I know what she meant" as she rolled her eyes. I looked at him and he just said " f it I'll just ask for my money back" . When she got back, he kindly asked her fr a refund and she got defensive and again...with an attitude " well, I said we'll remake it, why would you like a refund?" My husband kindly again explained that he didn't appreciate her attitude and service and would like a refund. She proceeded to arguing and being defensive, and gave us a refund. We ended up walking away and going to another subway. You would think a small town store would have better service and more clean stores with good service. We weren't mad about the messy food as much as it was an easy fix with a remake, but if you give me bad food AND a bad attitude, I will not come back. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! read more

Placed and online order with instructions to put the sauce on the side. We had a boating trip planned and didn't want the sandwiches to get soggy before lunch. When I went in to pick up my order I wasn't greeted or thanked, and by the time we went to eat our lunch the sandwiches were completely soggy since the sauce was not on the side. Went to subway in creswell oregon and it was horrible. It said my order was ready when I walked in they said they it was on the rack, and halfway out the door they said that it wasn't mine and they they had not made it yet. Then they burnt the bread and it was stale. Didn't put the correct stuff on and the two girls working where rude and knowing I had touched the other people stuff that they had said was mine put it back on the shelf for them to get. If there is a woman in there working by the name of Crystal, turn around and leave. This woman treated me with such disrespect when trying to order just 3 sandwiches on a random Sunday morning. They had just opened, and I had politely waited 15 minutes while watching her pay attention to doing inventory rather than serve the customer (which should be of a higher priority when your 'open' sign is on, no?) Since it was opening hours, she was the only one there and there was no one else in line to order. Not to mention I was in a bit of a hurry Flustered, I left and said I was going to Dairy Queen, where she said "Well if you wanna yell at me thats cool too." Wasn't yelling? Left and came back for her name. She said she wouldn't give it to me because that "isn't allowed." I walked up to her to read the nametag since I was clearly dealing with an intellectual, and read the name Crystal. Probably doesn't sound as bad on a review as it did in person, credit to my writing abilities. The bottom line is I was treated disrespect and zero hospitality, especially considering I waited patiently for her to do her thing FIRST and there was no one else in line. I have had many problem with the employees at this subway. Being that this is the only in my town I'm limited to where I can get it without having to drive 30 minutes. The employees at this store seem to just be slow and unmotivated to make sandwiches, they rather try to talk to you. I'm sorry I'm there to get food and leave, most visits take 30 minutes just to get the order done. I have contacted the owners about a year ago and they seemed to have restaffed shortly after but they hired the same type of people, I will be contacting them again today. I try to give this place a chance but I'm let down every trime I go. Over all just flat out lazy service and no management or leadership to push employees to be driven and do the job that every other subway does. read more
