The pickle that came with it was that old-school deli pickle, and it also came with a bag of chips. Staff was friendly and the food came out quick. It is abundantly clear the owner loves his business and will talk to you about basically anything, give tips, helpful recipes, and so much more. I'm a food blogger and so I love talking about recipes with him, but he is great with food styling too, and makes sure if I'm using whatever meat for a blog recipe that it's absolutely perfect. All I have to do is ask, and it's done. They run weekly specials, and it's always a great way to stock the freezer. The specials rotate too, so it is different each week. We also really love the ribeye steaks, which are perfect for a stay home date night meal. They also make food there like sandwiches and other things. Which I often forget, but the owner can absolutely cook. His baked beans are a favorite of mine, and I generally hate beans, which says something to me. Would I return? Absolutely. This is easily one of my favorite small local businesses to get behind and support. The customer service and product are always on point. The cook was super friendly and we chatted up a storm while he prepared my turkey club with bacon and avocado. He grilled the turkey, which came as a surprise to me... but I loved it! They don't have indoor dining at the moment, so I took my lunch to a nearby park and had an amazing time.
