I asked Angelo to make me an OG with au jus on the side, so I could take it home and have it for dinner. He was very accommodating... and got me fixed right up! Enjoyed chatting with him too... great guy! After I got home, about dinner time... I heated up the sandwich in the oven, wrapped in foil. Nuked the au jus he sent me home with, and got out the giardiniera that I had in the fridge. Loaded the sandwich up with giardiniera, poured the au jus over the top (I love these sandwiches wet!), and then devoured it. I did have to add a little salt, and even hit it with some hot sauce, because I like it that way. Great sandwich...
