The food is 5 stars. No worries there. But there were some other worries with this place: 1. The door handle to the Men's Room doesn't exist. You have to use your hand to twist the interior latch. The door also doesn't lock from the inside. 2. The dude making the sandwiches attempted to up-sell me by asking if I wanted more meat for an extra $1.50. I just want to eat lunch, dude. I don't want to feel like I'm at a car dealership. 3. The girl behind the counter forgot the chocolate chip cookie (this happens a lot). Easy fix. 4. She asked me if I wanted a bag. I have never been asked this or if I wanted extra meat for $1.50. Add that to a non-existent doorknob for the Men's Room and it probably leads to a cheap owner. 5. They ran out of ice in soda machine and some lady had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to refill it. If you want good food in a clean place, go for it, but don't expect a seamless experience, and prepare for a sandwich meat sales pitch. read more

This subway was a nice stop on the side of the road. The sandwich construction station looked sanitary and clean, the restaurant was free of debris, and the employees were polite. The sandwich was fresh as promised, and they asked if we wanted extras for the extra price. The only problem with this subway was its bathroom. Imagining the most nightmarish bathroom scene you could would not do this bathroom half the justice. The toilet bowl looked as though Satan himself had a BM within, the trash can would be more accurately described as a paper towel landfill, and the soap dispenser had long since run out of sanitizer (probably a hot commodity given the circumstance of this bathroom). Overall, I would stop here again, but please clean the hellish bathroom. read more

Went in to order 2 sandwiches which cost about 34 dollars total. Before I had the girl make the sandwiches I asked if she could break a 100 dollar bill she said no. I asked her even after you take out the money for the sandwiches you cannot make change? She said no!My advice to the owner of this restaurant is if it costs me 20 dollars for a sandwich you better damn make sure you have change to break bills! read more

The experience I have had here was horrible. I had an online order for delivery and half my order was forgotten. They delivery person said he would walk back and bring what what missing. This was around 12:30 central time. It is now 1:15 central time at the time I am writing this. I called the manager and she said it wasn't her responsibility to make sure everything that was with the order was taken. 2 bags of chips almost 3$ is ridiculous. I understand it is the responsibility of the driver to remember all items at the same time it is also the responsibility of the store associate to remind the driver as well. Will not be coming back to this store I will take the car and go to a better managed one read more

I was passing by this town and needing a quick bite on the go. It was very clean and the lady who made my sandwich was very helpful. I got a Veggie sub and she made sure she was giving me enough veggies and even asked if she gave me enough sauce (I never have been asked this before by any other location and I really appreciated that) especially since it was a vegetarian sandwich she stuffed it! Super happy about that!! I wish I got her name but she's making me want to stop by here again on my way back from a trip for the terrific service. read more

Amazing customer service!!!!! This subway was so so clean and had amazing customer service. The young lady Caty was very sweet. She was the only one working and was very busy but work very effectively. She made our sandwiches perfectly. She listened very well and talked to us as she made our sandwiches. She made sure and checked on us as we was eating to see if everything was ok. And then made sure to talk to us on our way out. It was a great subway experience. read more

Poor beef amount for cheese beef sandwich. NO barbaque sauce at all after putting beef and veges in the sandwich. I could not understand why there is no barbaque sauce at all around 12:15pm when is the busiest time for lunch! If I knew earlier there's no barbecue sauce, I would have put in a different kind of ingredients as different combinations. Less beef cheese sandwich without barbecue sauce, without staff's apology?
