It's not blowing my mind as some revolutionary spot, but it's definitely a step above average fast food, especially for the portion size and quality of the fries. Another time it was that the fries were "overheating." Meanwhile, the car in front of us ordered and got their food just fine. It's beyond frustrating to sit in line only to be told a different story every visit. If you're closing early or can't serve food, just be upfront about it instead of making things up. The inconsistency alone is enough to keep us from coming back.
