This was my first visit to QDOBA Mexican Eats. Overall, I had a good experience. If you sign up for the rewards program, they'll give you free queso and chips. The queso is a little different than others in that there appear to be green or red peppers in the queso. The chips are quite good in that they are light, airy and somewhat flaky. I ordered the three taco entrée and they let you select a different protein for each taco. I tried the brisket, Carnitas, and steak. I think the Carnitas was my favorite because it was very juicy and flavorful. The brisket was also good but a little spicy. The dining room is fairly large with plenty of tables and chairs. The only downside for me is that they only have Diet Coke and not Coke zero. The staff was friendly and quite attentive. Being that this was my first time visiting the restaurant, they took time to explain the menu options and answer all of my questions. If I were in the Alpharetta area, I might consider returning and trying one of their bowls or burritos next time. Cheers read more

We came here to give this a try. I have to say the service was Amazing!!!!. The food was made very fast for us. I ordered a Chicken bowl, my partner ordered a Steak burrito and we also ordered a Quesadilla (Half Chicken and Half Steak). The food was tasty and fresh, the pico was delicious and the guacamole was also good. I must say their chips are a bit on the "Salty" side to my taste, compared to other restaurants. The place was well kept, music wasn't too loud. Overall we enjoyed our visit and perhaps will be back to try other items from their menu. read more

Qdoba is a nice place to get food quickly. Their ingredients are really fresh and everything is very customizable. They also have great seasonal items. I especially love the mango salsa for a light and fresh option in the summer and tortilla soup which is hearty and warm in the winter. The staff is fast and friendly. The line also moves pretty quickly even in the busier times. read more

Wife and I ordered a steak quesadilla along with a steak salad to go and could not eat either entree because the beef because it was so tough and full of gristle. We needed a quick bite on the way to my friend's house, so we found this gem on Windward Parkway. My boyfriend had tried this from a rep lunch, and he gave me some. We both thought the chicken was really good, so we jumped to try it again. Walking in, I saw a sign outside that boasted the impossible burger meat here. Wow! That was awesome to see! The store was very clean and the employees friendly. My boyfriend got their chicken quesadilla, and I got their bowl with chicken...debated the impossible burger, so will have to get that next time. Guacamole is free! Geez, Chipotle charges like 3 or 4 extra dollars for a scoop of that if you don't order their vegetarian dish. I liked that they had cilantro too. Yum! The ingredients were super fresh, and they had this ranch chipotle-type sauce that was pretty bomb. My boyfriend was raving while eating. He said he gave the quesadilla 5 stars. I also thought my bowl was pretty darn good and soooo fresh!! We both agreed they are better than Chipotle by far. I'm sure we will back here soon. read more

Only the Mexican girl working there knew what Bierria tacos are and between me and her trust me that's not what they're serving. the worst food I've eaten all week while staying here in Georgia. Nachos are excellent. The chips are freshly made,, light and crispy. The queso is on point... it has a familiar queso/cheese flavor that is also slightly unique. My favorite restaurant of all time. Bowls, Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, etc. No matter what you get they never disappoint.

The food was really good and everything else was fine but there was this one worker who was super disrespectful and for no reason at all. She had facial piercings and constantly had a stank face and didn't interact with us at all which confused me because she was with the other workers that were serving food at the food bar. My husband went to ask for a fork and said that she made a "disgusted" face. As we were leaving he went to go ask for a water cup and as he approached her she said "what now?" with attitude. Like sorry for asking you to do something that's in your job description? I don't know how someone can be so blatantly rude. All the other workers were very sweet but this girl had the worst attitude ever and acted like we were harassing her. read more

I've tried this place several times over the years and was never really impressed but not enough to leave a bad review. Today I went ahead and ordered pickup so I didn't have to deal with traffic. I ordered the chicken and cheese quesadilla and Pico with sides of sour cream and guacamole. Holy Mary mother it was delicious. Even though it was takeout it was amazing. Everything was on point. The guacamole wasn't too spicy, sour cream was real. Everything was amazing. Next time (and it will be soon!) I'll eat in house to get that crispy factor! read more

The only advantage QDOBA has over Moe's or Chipotle is that you can add queso or guacamole to your entree for free. I will say I liked the guac at QDOBA better than Moe's, but overall I like Moe's better. read more

I haven't physically been to the restaurant yet so this review is strictly on the quality of food & customer service. My daughter ordered via ubereats and found out from Qdoba that they have impossible burger ground meat. they provided her a side of it [free of charge], as it wasn't on their ubereats menu yet. She let me sample some of it and no lie I teared up a bit as it likely is the best meat substitute I've tried. Then I ordered my own to-go (again via ubereats) after calling to find out if i too could get the impossible burger burrito. Even though it wasn't avail on menu yet, they obliged. The burrito was flavourful, juicy, delicious and they have the most wonderful chips & salsa! Also, the staff went out of their way to get my daughter chips and salsa when her Uber driver forgot them (they drove to our house) :) From a taste and customer service standpoint they warmed my underbelly and I'll be back (hopefully they not only have the impossible burger as an add on option for burritos but it would be great side option in general (I could scoop with chips too!). read more

I come here all the time and have been coming here for about 2 years now. I never have had any problems with this place except for today. My boyfriend received the wrong order (he got the order that was in front of him I guess somehow they switched it) and upon opening up his container he knew right away that his food was wrong. So I went back in line to get it fixed and I told the employees what was wrong about the order and it took them about 5 minutes to start to remake the food. One employee asked if it was him who messed it up and I didn't remember which one so he blamed it on another employee. No apology no nothing. The portions on the second order were very little even though I asked for double chicken. And more rice etc. and just more food in general because he was scooping such little portions. I then had to give them back the food that was wrong and basically switch it for the correct order and the woman (who has been there for a long time) said nothing. No sorry no nothing. Qdoba is a solid alternative to Chipotle for me -- and a major plus is that queso and guacamole can be added onto your meal for no extra charge, but you do pay more for a side of queso and chips. The only downside for me is that I'm personally not a huge fan of the chicken or other meats here. read more

Hot food! Quick service! First time at this location and the atmosphere and food left nothing to be desired!

If I could give this center less than zero stars I would. Yesterday I bought lunch for everyone on my team at this restaurant through their online website. When I went to pick it up they had most of it ready. The lady handed me what I thought was my complete order and I examined it and it looked correct (everyone on my team ordered on their own so I did not know exactly what everyone got). I was about to walk out when I realized I wanted to get chips as well, so I put the bag back on a table right in front of the cashier and got in line. When I was ordering, the cashier asked me if I had lauren's order which was a member on my team so I said yes and she then said she almost forgot to give me the rice for her order. This definitely would have been forgotten about if I did not want to add on chips. After I got my additional chips, I walked back over to the bag with all the food and saw that half of the food was gone. I immediately notified the cashier lady that my food was taken. She said she would be able to see what happened through the cameras with her boss in the back. She went in the back for some time then came back and accused me of placing the food in my car and then reporting it stolen. This accusation was completely absurd because I was in front of the cashier lady the whole time because she handed me the bag, then handed me the forgotten rice, and then took my chip order. I told her she could bring her manager out and show me this "footage" and once he came out he said he believes it was an uber eats driver and then proceeded to show me footage of a man digging through my order and walking out with half of it. Although we now knew who did take the order, I was still falsely accused of stealing and given terrible service and this location. They are clearly poorly managed and trained, and I would take my money else where. Willy's has a very similar and great menu selection with stellar service! We ordered delivery from DoorDash and we were very happy with the quality of the food. I even finally got to try the smoked brisket - in a wheat burrito! I definitely recommend it with the habanero sauce. Qdoba offers something for nearly everyone, including impossible "meat." My dining companion had a taco salad with the adobe chicken, which I am told was excellent. However, they forgot the picante ranch and that is the only reason I gave four out of five stars. read more

I love Qdoba as the best quick Mexican eatery over Chipotle, Willies or anyone else! Why?? Because of all the freebies and choices, as well as the quality of ingredients. Also, it's super Keto friendly! And the portion sizes are very hearty! So first the freebies- you can get free guacamole (where else can you get that?!) and it's a heaping portion and fresh! Also you can get queso or spicy queso for free!! I recommend both they are both equally delicious. Today I had a salad with brisket (the brisket is amazing by the way) and I saw they are now introducing ground impossible beef for vegetarians! Genius! I'll be trying that next time. My favorite thing is the pickled jalapeños- they are just divine. I wish they would pour the whole pan on my salad because they are just that good. So yes you will love QDOBA better than Chipotle! i used to love this place. no Mexican places have anything I can eat as a vegetarian, they took the impossible meat option off the menu. i have multiple heart conditions making me unable to eat meat. there's no reason to take it off unless they're not making money from it. don't try to cater to vegetarians if it's just for extra money and not your morals beliving all people should be able to enjoy your food. do better. read more

Big fan. My husband loves all the burrito places, but I am not a burrito fan. Qdoba is his favorite. He has been trying to get me to try it, saying "But they have queso and there's more than just burritos on the menu!" But this Tex-Mex-lovin' Texan wouldn't have it. Until this weekend. And now, I am hooked. The place was clean, and the service was fine. Since you order at a counter, there's not much too it. They made great suggestions and were patient with me, which I appreciated since it was mine and my ten-year-old's first time there. The husband made his own massive burrito and proceeded to gnaw on it like a dog on a kong until there was no more. I don't think he uttered a word until he backed away from it. He loved it, It had chicken and...well, just about everything else you could imagine. My daughter got the kids quesadilla and she raved about the taste of the chicken. It was spicy enough that she liked it without complaining it's "Too spicy." Score. I picked the tacos, and I got one of each: Steak, Pulled Pork, and Chicken. The Steak was my favorite BY FAR, but that's usually the case. I love the cow. The pulled pork was surprisingly good, and was really good with the corn salsa. I liked the chicken, but not much as my husband and daughter did. When I go back, and oh, I will, I will likely do two steak, one pork. We also ordered the queso, and it was pretty darn good for a fast-ish food place. We catered from Qdoba for my students' banquet, and I have NO complaints! The food was delicious and a good price. The manager, Tim, is WONDERFUL. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and did many things that went above and beyond his duties. It's so wonderful to have a manager and restaurant that actually cares about the customers and the community it serves rather than focusing on making a buck. Even if this isn't the most amazing Mexican food you've ever put in your mouth (although it's pretty daggum tasty), eating here supports a restaurant that actually cares about the people.
