We serendipitously ended up passing Bindaas and decided to stop. We were not disappointed, and we will make the effort to drive the distance to return. Fantastic selection in their Sunday buffet. There were many notes to each flavor. Nothing was muddy. Everything was perfect. The modern vibe and ambience gave an upscale casual feeling enticing us to return when the bar is open, and people are Vibing! While waiting, we used unkept restrooms and noted kitchen supplies stored in hallway with assorted flotsam near the serving areas. While seated, a large roach was walking across the bench seat...we moved to a table by the door. Nobody in the serving area to report this to.
