The staff is nice and the sandwiches are fine, but they do not accept the PICKUP20 promo code that Jimmy John's is sending to my personal and work email as well as notifying me about through their app. This is the only Jimmy John's I have eaten at in years, so it's very frustrating to have a marketing campaign bombard me with their pickup promotion only for me to get, after walking halfway there, a "Coupon is not valid at this location" error. Since the coupon code is manually entered, I tried a few more times on the way to the store before I was notified that the store that the store has opted out of (at least) this promotion. The location is a Jimmy John's, so you likely know what you're getting here. But it's one I'm far less likely to go to now that I know promotions don't work here any more. read more

The service today was not good. My order was "out for delivery" and after 17 minutes of being "out for delivery " I had a food safety concern and I called to get a status. I was told that the delivery person is an elderly man and he was trying to find the buildin. I guess he doesn't have GPS. As I was hanging up the delivery guy called and said he was in the lobby with my delivery. I was in the lobby and did not see him there so I knew he was at the wrong buildin. I called Jimmy John's back and they said they would cancel my order. I asked them to make me another sandwhich and bring it. He disputed my request saying it would take another 20 minutes. We have eaten at this JJs and others and always been satisfied until my last order a couple days ago when 2 of the 4 sandwiches ordered only had ONE PIECE of meat in each, barely any lettuce and other toppings??! I've gone to this location a few times as it's near my house but with the pandemic & more working at home I've stopped in this shop typically about 3 to 4 times a month. I usually get the Turkey or Vito but I really miss their Chicken Ceasar Wrap. I wish they would bring it back. Worst Jimmy John's experience in a while. bread was so old it almost crumbled apart when I bit into it. the roast beef was old grey. and waaay over seasoned. the lettuce was wilted and lifeless. The mayo was watery and runny. About the only descent things on there were the cheese and tomatoes. I will not go back to this location. read more

No complaints, as it's a chain and serves the exact same food as the others. My sandwich was ready before I even put the change back into my wallet. Staff is friendly and quick -- sometimes there is a cashier who is also working online orders so they go back and forth which slows down the process a little. And, holy cow, if you think they're fast in the store then place an order online and see how quick you get it. I don't know how they do it but they always get food to me within 15-20 min of ordering. Inedible sandwich. Got the roast beef. 2 thick pieces of pre sliced tough and fatty roast beef folded over and put on a roll that was twice as long and the meet. Never would go back there again. Subway is better and that says everything you need to know. read more

Not the freaky fast delivery as advertised. I was needing something different and fast besides pizza so me and the family decided on this place thinking that we can get a fresh sub delivered fast but was I wrong. So after waiting 35 minutes for our food I decided to call and ask what happen and the girl who answered the phone said that she is the only one making the sandwich's and that they got busy right after they took my order but the driver just left with my delivery and should be there any minute. So after waiting another 20 minutes the food finally arrived. This took 55 minutes for the freaky fast delivery that they spend millions on advertising. And just to let you know we live 6 minutes from this location. One other thing I believe the bread was old since it was hard but I can understand that they probably don't bake fresh bread after a certain time and we did order late. read more

I thought Jimmy John's was known for 30 second sandwiches or at least very quick. I walked in and no one greeted me. When I placed my order the total was 6.72 and I gave him 10.75 he gave me my 75 cent back and I asked why and he said because it was 72 cents I said right so you owe me 3 cents. He still gave me the wrong change. My sandwich took a good 7 minutes not exaggerating. I also asked for it cut in half and it wasnt. Went to this location today, can't eat inside! Why can't customers sit at every other table? We were told to sit outside!!!! It's only 109 plus degrees outside!!! Then we made the huge mistake of asking for plastic utensils so we could spread the mustard and mayo, which they tell you is served on the side!!! So we had to go all the way home to eat our sandwiches because Jimmy Johns doesn't provide tables and plastic utensils for their customers!!!! Last time there!!!! I order from JJ quite frequently. When ordering online for delivery or the app it lets you pick the time you would like. No where does it say that the delivery driver doesn't show up until a certain time. Their delivery isn't freaky fast, it's sadly slow. Total bummer. read more

I get my JJ fix exclusively one way: delivered! About once a week (particularly if the weather is nasty) I'll order Jimmy John's delivery. Here's why: 1) They are FAST! They frequently deliver within 20 minutes of my order, and my office is about 2 miles away on a busy, slow road. 2) They are reliable; with the rare exception of not getting mustard packets, my order is exactly right, every time. 3) The price is right: good-sized subs around $6, and no delivery charge...not even a delivery minimum order! Of course, a tip is the right thing to do, but if you go in with someone else, that cuts your tip cost in half. 4) Ordering on their Web site is fast and drama-free. My misgivings are minor: I wish they had some more flavorful options (though adding oregano helps), and I wish they offered a few hot subs like they have at Firehouse. read more

Classic bait and switch. They listed themselves online as participating in the $1 subs deal, but when we got to the store they had a sign that said they weren't participating. My coworkers and I specifically went out of our way to this location because of the deal. We were lied to. I've been eating jimmy johns pretty regularly for the past 13+ years and wouldn't generally feel compelled to write a review about somewhere everyone is familiar with but I had a great experience at this particular location. Here's why: 1) the cashier was particularly friendly and funny. 2) they made my same regular order better than most places. A few times I've been lately to other locations I feel like they've been stingy on the avocado and effort which really is what makes the beach club so good. This location spread a thin layer over the entire sandwich making sure all the appropriate surface area was covered in avocado ensuring each bite was tasty. One time when I was pregnant and particularly wanted to enjoy the avocado on my otherwise bland veggie sandwich, I asked another store to spread it out nicely and they had the nerve to charge me for extra avocado. So I really appreciated that this location took the two extra seconds to make sure it was spread out. I ended up having to wait an hour and half. I called them twice and each time I was reassured my "order was on its way" but it never showed up. I just left this link bit.ly/JJDollarSubLocations and that location still comes up as participants. This is borderline false advertising. So many were walking away disappointed and disgusted. A very pregnant women with 2 children walked away. I ended up paying over $8 for a sandwich combo when I ordered a sub. I was so disgusted by then i just walked out.
