Happened to be in the area and hungry, so a friend and I stopped in for a bite. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich combo and my friend ordered the classic American combo. Food was fresh and tasty, service was quick and friendly. My only complaint is that it was literally freezing in the dining room. I am not one to get cold easily but it was uncomfortably cold in there, which forced us to take our food to the outside tables. First time visitor, and the sammies were excellent! Must give a special nod to their bread! IMO, the bread makes the sandwich, and Lenny's gets it right. I had a medium cheesesteak for my first visit. It was superb. My wife tried the Italian (hot), and it was also very good. Ordered online. Food was waiting in pickup area when I arrived. Decided to eat at the store this time. I needed a little salt so as I walked up to the counter to ask, Lori (Laurie, Laura, sorry I should've asked for spelling of her name) met me before I got to the counter anticipating that I needed something. I must have had that "where is the salt" look about me. She recognizes body language, stopped eating her own meal and jumped in to fulfill my request by asking if I needed something. This is a skill lost on many in the customer service industry who are only interested in punching a clock for a paycheck these days or are so focused on processes and not people. I told her how much appreciated her attention to customer service and for helping me, only after I asked if she was a manager. She is not a manager... yet. Lennys has good food at a decent price. Management usually responds to any feedback offered on past surveys. I'll offer this suggestion for an opportunity that might he a miss that may set this restaurant apart. If one uses their app, Lenny's will offer discounts for a birthday, which I took advantage of this time. My $14 meal was $6. Lenny's I wonder if corporate could include a "Happy Birthday" wish for those customers celebrating. I don't know of any other restaurant who acknowledges this on their receipt or after an electronic order is picked up in person. I realize it's one more thing to do, but it's also one more thing to help you make customers feel special and seen. Just a thought. read more

Didn't expect too much but was pretty decent. Cheesesteak sandies to-goed can be overly greasy at times, so make sure to grab that extra pickled peppers and napkins. BOGO deals at times is a great deal you should take advantage of. The online to-go orders are already prepped ahead of the pick up time, so a Good job! on that. read more

Best tuna grinder in town with white albacore tuna salad, not the cheap stinky brown tuna other sub shops use and hope you don't notice when your sub tastes like Moby Dick's arsehole. Went in for lunch today, i work in that plaza so it always convenient. But anyways today for lunch was so busy, and they still were giving exceptional customer service.
