Velez Ruiz (marketing director) emailed me and said they could NOT refund me and she wants me to drive to the location to process...uhh no not doing that thank you - instead of giving me money back wants me to download apps and provide personal info for food i don't want from them anymore - the marketing director communicated in email a refund was impossible....that is until i told her i would just open a ticket with my credit card company to let them handle it - all of a sudden a refund is on the table Why lie about it?
