I don't like leaving bad reviews but this one is necessary. I placed a mobile order because I know this particular location is SLOW. literally placed the order 30 mins ahead. I got there, still had to wait, but whatever. There was no one in the drive thru and minimal people in store. I finally get my food and go to eat it. wrong bread, no extra cheese, no double meat. Super annoying. I take it back, the guy working tried to argue until I showed him what I literally ordered. He first was going to take back the sandwich and add what was missing til my husband said to just please remake it. I then go to eat my sandwich again..... WRONG MEAT. I give up. DO NOT ORDER! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $$$ & NOT GIVE YOU FOOD. This is twice now. My stupidity for thinking the first time was a fluke. I ordered online without issue. The money was taken out of my bank. I get there and they don't have the order they say. I show them on the app where I placed the order and that it was pending. They didn't care. Actual words were 'NOT MY PROBLEM'. Went to my account to show them the store number listed with the transaction. Just to find that they had taken the $$$ out twice. Still, not there problem. They told me to cancel it on the app. There is no place to do so. I ask for the phone number to corporate and the district manager who was in store told me they do not have one. I ask him who he called when he had to speak with someone in corporate. He doesn't ever call them he says. Refused to refund me or make my order. I immediately found corporate customer care # online. I did get a msg that they are moving customer care to online but I hit zero to transfer to an operator. Not much help. The Customer Care Associate said it is up to each store whether to makey order or give me a refund. I explained how rude and that they would not. Her only solution was for me to go through my bank to dispute the transaction. In the last 30 years until Subway I have had to dispute one transaction. Now in just a couple of weeks I have had to dispute 4. I only ordered twice but was charged double both times. I mean The store doesn't have much going for it anyway. With the exception of being in front of Walmart. It's nasty half the time, the tables the bathroom. That's why I don't need in the store. The workers were childish and very impressional in the way they acted in front of customers the few times I was in there before. But I don't have to deal with that if I ordered online. But they are thieves and I am sick of this contacting the better Business bureau and I won't stop. Ordered the protein bowl and got extra meat....so yummy. They are giving every customer a free cookie which is nice. Clean restaurant and the staff is overly Friendly and fun. A little hard to give orders thru mask but just need to speak up. read more

My brother and mom went there to get foot-long sandwiches with coupons before my bro had to go to work. They get in, the staff is RUDE and very flippant, barking at them to take their orders and when they get to the register AFTER the sandwiches are done, they hit 'em with "We don't take national coupons here." National coupons, that is, being the ones we have SENT TO US BY THE COMPANY IN THE MAIL. The CEO of Subway said that all stores HAVE to honor these coupons, and the staff in this store not only refused, they were being absolute jerks about it. When we got the sandwiches, they looked messy and weren't even cut all the way through -- the staff must have realized they were going to be raked over the coals for their piss-poor attitude and decided to get a last jab in before I sent this to Yelp. This location is never good, the staff is never kind. It used to be better, but one of the female staff members is outright insulting to customers, and always happens to be there when we make the mistake to walk in. This story has a good ending, though: It's a mistake we're never going to make again. If this is the future of Subway, then I'm looking forward to ordering from Jimmy John's for years to come. 10/10 would not recommend coming here if you cannot handle short tempered staff. my husband brought me here one time for lunch and I had ordered a chicken wrap. As they were making it, I realized I ordered the wrong one and tried to see if they could fix it. when I asked the lady for a different chicken, she threw her arms down to her side and looked at the ceiling. After I said, never mind, she continued to work on the food, so I had to eat that and continue to be unfriendly. I understand that it was inconvenient, but that attitude was extremely unprofessional and childish. I rather drive to another location and get better service. read more

These people have no idea what Service means. If there is a line, they keep slowly doing whatever they are doing, which includes casual conversations between themselves. I sure hope they made my food correctly because at the time my order was supposed to be ready for pickup it wasn't even started. second and last time I'll be coming to this location. a coworker recommended to come here for lunch. I was hesitant because I had already had issues at this location. we go to counter to order and the worker (Carol) there just stares at us. then walks away to check out some other customers. she then comes back and just stares at us again, finally she asks what we will be having. my friend orders then she looks at me and just stares again. finally she asks me if I'm ordering anything. I give her my order and she gets the sandwiches together. after the meals are complete, since my friend ordered her food was packages first. ordered some cookies as carol took off her gloves and proceeded to use only the tongs to collect the cookies. not only did she toss all the food on the counter, but tossed all the food in the bag. my coworker and I are just staring at each other and she ends the experience by saying "I'm sorry it's been a day, have a blessed one" and walks away. read more

Ate here late last week. I always thought the subway on mulberry was the worst but this one in front of Walmart beat it! Slow slow slow. Just distracted and inattentive employees. Any good ones must work the lunch rush. Come dinner time it's all downhill. How do they stay in business. All the veggies mixed up with each other in their containers. By far the worst subway I've been to and I'm an over the road truck driver so I've been to many in my time. The customer service is horrible the owners and managers barely give you any meat on the sandwiches and will use the old stale bread that is too hard to eat. The last 3 subs I've purchased from this location the bread has been too hard and brittle to eat. I wish it was possible to give no stars, because this location doesn't even deserve one. After waiting 15 mins in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me, I decided to go inside, thinking it wouldn't take as long. I was completely wrong. When I got in line inside, there were only 3 orders ahead of me. With 5 employees working (which is plenty for a subway- which usually run with only 3), it took me 30 minutes to get my order. The employees clearly didn't know what they were doing, nor did they care. The employee working the drive thru did one sandwich at a time- instead of using the sheet and getting all orders and THEN making the sandwiches- which is much more efficient. He seemed to be the one in charge- which explains the disaster of a "restaurant." Not to mention- the drive thru, online, and in store orders were being taken all in the SAME line, causing lots of overlap and orders getting in the way. But that really wasn't the reason for the delay- it was simply lack of care or regard for structure or customer service on the employees behalf. The employee who made my sandwich was clearly coming down from her high- as she had to ask for a repeat on every order after the customer placed it, was insanely slow putting on the toppings, and had a look in her eyes like she was about to fall asleep. On top of all that- no apology for the delay, no napkins were placed in my bag, and the "fresh" bread was completely burnt! The line was disgusting, showing no signs of cleaning and no cookies were available. I absolutely REFUSE to ever attend this location again. The line was long, the lady making the subs with bread and cheese, needs some customer training, and how to cut the bread, she was basically ripping the bread, not cutting well. One black lady left she was friendly, but stayed awhile talking to the others. One guy came in was dressing the sandwiches. He was doing good. The other lady was doing drive thru. The younger lady at the cash register, seemed in outer space, and not paying attention and only capable of taking payment. Line was super long but decided to stay cause I love my subway. Waited in line for 30 minutes until I was served. I later found out why it was taking so long. I went there for lunch today and there were three women working there. One lady was waiting on a customer in front of me making two sandwiches. This employee was talking to the other employees about another employee that called in a half hour before her shift. She continued to berate this person to the customer. I couldn't believe she was talking with a customer about this. Another lady came and waited on me. I ordered my sandwich and she put it in to toast. She took it out and began adding the veggies when her cellphone rang in her pocket. She answered her phone in the middle of making my sandwich. She finally finished my sandwich, asked if it was for here or to go. I said here. She took out a basket, put a paper in the basket and tossed my sandwich in it and went to the back of the store to talk on her cellphone. If I had had anything to eat prior, I'd have left.
