I would highly recommend you do NOT order delivery. No fault of the driver but you are stuck with whatever they give you, unless you want to go through the the whole Bad Delivery Order Dance. I ordered the 2 pc Cod dinner with fries, applesauce, 2 ranch sides and 2 tartar sides. I got 2 pieces of cod and the bottom coating was so wet it stuck to the paper liner. The fries and 2 tartar were fine. No ranch though. I got coleslaw, not applesauce. The bad news is that they gave me a dinner roll that felt like I could take it to a batting cage. The good news is that they gave me 3 containers of butter with it. Do better Culver's. read more

My very first Culver's visit ever. It was definitely a great experience . I had a Culver's Burger with fries and a drink. Although the bacon wasn't crispy enough the burger itself was good and so were the fries. The inside was pretty clean and customer service was top notch. I will have to try their famous custard next visit. read more

visited Culcers on Dixie today around 6 pm. I don't know where to start. realy Worst Service ever ,over seasoned greasy sloppy double cheese burger,cheese curds over salted, ordered onion rings and received fries wow. Thru my whole meal in the TRASH !!! Never. never going back read more

Culver's is the chik fil a of fast food burger joints in my opinion. The food is better than most & the service is great. If I'm on the road & need a quick bite this is the place I look for. This location is really busy at lunch & still does a good job. read more

Furious that my beloved Culvers (and which is a rare treat since there is not one convenient to me) had to do me so dirty. I stopped here for lunch after running an errand out this way. It is hot on this day and I make the foolish decision to go to the Drive Thru. Drive Thru is maddeningly slow but I finally get up there. I wanted the Strawberry Salad but was told they were out of strawberries as well as cheese. OK fine, I switch it to a single Butterburger and a side of fries. I didn't want to have the food get cold since I was driving back to Louisville (about 45 min) so I pull off into a shopping center parking lot close to the highway in order to eat. I open this bag up and first of all it was the skimpiest, saddest amount of fries I had ever seen. it didnt even fill the entire tiny paper bag and looked like the remnants from the bottom of the fryer. But the most egregious offense was the burger. It literally was a patty and bread. Not a slice of cheese or condiment to be found. And it even said "PLAIN" on the receipt! I didnt order that! What a waste of almost $9. This place is a joke. I will never return to this location. read more

Food is great. I usually just get custard. This time I got burger, fries, and cheese curds. Didn't take long to receive my food.

cashier kept our change, we got a buffalo with the kids chicken tenders and they forgot it. husband ran in and tried to get the sauce they asked for the receipt or said it would be 38 cents. we didn't get a receipt and also yall kept our change in drive thru! nothing but rude kids who work here. service has gone downhill since opening. always waiting forever for our food also. read more

I am not sure what is going on with Culver's. This review is for the location on Dixie, even though the one by the Interstate is not much better. I have gone three times now through the drive-thru for a frozen custard dessert and ordered nothing else. I couldn't explain why, but after you order and pay, they tell me to pull forward to wait for my order.....and WAITING I do!! Twice the wait was at least 5 minutes....for one small frozen custard. But one time, there were 7 cars all waiting. I waited 20 minutes for a frozen custard. Next time I will go inside, but if that is slow also then I will not be back here. read more

This is definitely not a place where you want to bring children. The past two times we've been in there the kitchen staff throw around loud F bombs. The management seriously needs to put a stop to this. It's very unprofessional and something customers do not need to hear while they're trying to enjoy a meal with their family. read more

Love their burgers so wife and I headed there on 4th of July. Wife didn't see lettuce and tomatoes....under the huge meat patty.....so I asked for the dressing. Instead they remade the order. In the mean time found out we were wrong. I asked to pay for the extra burgers but they refused. In fact they brought boxes so we could take them home. I'm gonna try to pay them again on next visit cause it WAS our fault. Whether they let me or not I'll always believe this is the nicest group I've ever met. I went through the drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a deluxe double burger and two fries. The chicken sandwich was made fresh to order. The fries and burger patties were made in advance. The fries were hot enough, but the burger patties were dry and cold. This is the second time this happened. The first time they made a fresh burger and delivered it to my house. This time she offered to make me a new one and I could come through again. Not happening. IF I ever go back to this location it will be for something I know they have to make fresh and request freshly made fries, which shouldn't have to be requested. Two stars is being kind. read more

Worst place i've been to eat in awhile. For starters the workers are very impolite, unprofessional, and extremely rude. The employees are always cussing loud enough that people who are there to eat can hear them. One of employees was literally was on the phone (it's on speaker) while someone was trying to take my order in the front. My food was cold when i got it, and when i asked for a remake they got an attitude. The lobby was very dirty, as if no one even attempted to clean it. There was food still on tables, trash & food on the floor, trash cans full, the counters to get your drinks, sauces, napkins, etc. was absolutely filthy. I will never go back here again and I don't recommend anyone else coming here either. read more
