Sadly I found plastic in my sandwich. This location always has respectful & quick service. Staff forgot to give me napkins. Overall this place is always clean. Recently I grabbed a foot-long with tuna on flatbread with bacon & avocado plus all the veggies minus Pepperoncinis (pepper Chi-knees) and olives. Along with sweet onion sauce. The sandwich started off with a great taste and crunch but unfortunately I found two pieces of plastic in my sandwich. I accidentally ate the first one...while the second one I spit out. I am sure you are wonder, "How on earth did you eat the first one?" I recall taking a bite and thinking "oh no I ate a tiny piece of paper, meh! I will live." But then quickly regretting it. This is the worst subway I've ever been to in my life. They are constantly busy and frequently only have 1 person running the whole store during rush times 11-1. I know its the poor scheduling isn't the workers fault, but when almost every single worker there moves like a sloth its hard to be sympathetic. I made the mistake of hoping my girlfriend and I could get a sandwich in a timely fashion today and left the store absolutely shocked. Two workers were behind the counter so the visit started off with a chance of being good but that quickly changed because one worker frequently left the line to check her phone in the back leaving a very clearly new person to fend for themselves. The worker claimed she was trying to get a hold of her boss to tell them they were out of things, but leaving the line and people's sandwiches unattended 4 separate times? I don't think so. Did she think her boss was going to text her some more ingredients? We arrived at the store around 12:40 and didn't walk out until 1:20 and we were the second customers in line. That's 40 minutes for 2 transactions. Absolutely atrocious service and I will never come back. read more

The workers are very slow The time i was in there, they did have a customer who was very un compliant, but that does not change how slow and distracted the workers are I believe a coworker came in and they decided to talk over and threw me while i was trying to complete my order, They have the worst attention to detail, i had to repeat my order many times and it is not complicated to prepare. read more

Last night, we stopped at Subway for a healthy dinner. The two women working there, were very friendly and efficient. They were out of marinara sauce, for my daughter's sandwich, but we came up with an alternative, and she finished all of it! I'm not sure how this rat hole is allowed to be open. I was staying at the Red Lion next door and decided to grab a sub since the options are very limited in this area. Big mistake. I would have been better off walking over to the gas station and grabbed some gas station gourmet. About an hour after eating I was Mt Vesuvius out of both ends for about 5 hours. Luckily I carry Imodium in my flight bag so I was able to slow the flow enough to get a couple hours of sleep and make my flight home the next morning. After landing I went straight to my doctor who confirmed E. Coli. He wanted the contact info for this location so he could report them to the CA Health Board. I see they are still open so hopefully it's just tied up in red tape at the moment. Moral of the story, don't eat here unless you are looking to diet compliments of food poisoning. read more

Went through the drive thru last night to get a turkey sandwich. The girl working did not make it how I had asked her to. I actually had to open the sandwich and look to make sure there was even turkey on it because I couldn't taste any. She literally put on the skimpiest amount of meat as possible. That's when I also noticed there was no mayo or peppers both of which I had asked for. All I come could taste was lettuce & bread. And just my luck, they were out of the Italian footlongs so I settled with the regular. What was that about with the chicken? I just got a blank stare. Called in to request refund as I was upset and got hella attitude from girl on phone. She demanded I bring sandwich for refund. So I took sandwich down and she wanted the evidence. Seriously grossed out enough I pulled it out of my sandwich I didn't keep it too. She was refusing to refund me until I asked for manager. Where to begin!?!? Just awesome, the best experience I have ever had at subway! They were so helpful, I asked for more spinach and it wasn't a problem at ALL! I wanted to try their Southwest Chipotle sauce(excellent btw) they even gave me a cucumber to lick it off of! The crew there was like one big family, I felt right at home.
