Love the consistent quality from location to location of In N Out Burger and that this location is no different. The service is great. Due to its popularity the line can get long depending on the time of the day, but the employees work hard to keep the line moving. The people that work there were all so friendly and nice! I can't comment on the ambiance since we went through the drive thru. The ingredients are fresh and the food is delicious! I also love the many recent changes that In N Out has made to make it healthier for people. In response to RFK Jr.'s initiative, they announced the removal of artificial food dyes from their strawberry shake and pink lemonade. They also transitioned to real sugar in their ketchup and other items. They are making some great changes, which makes me want to support them more. read more

This was the first time at any In-N-Out that I was genuinely disappointed. Aside from the homeless druggies that smoke meth in the bathrooms it's usually a nice place with good food. But today my burger was raw in the middle. And the onions were green and chewy and the fries were green! I asked for a replacement onion slice and the second one she gave me was just as bad. Full on green in the middle. Very disappointing especially now that they recently raised their prices :( read more

She was absolutely the sweetest and had an infectious personality. Even though my husband was monotone and dry she continued to have an upbeat attitude. Excellent burgers with an amazing choices w condiments. My favorite is a double burger animal style without tomato or lettuce.

Bun was fresh, but seemed very soggy on the bottom. A one patty burger is very small, thin, and was not fresh meat as it seemed super dry. The added veggies were minimal. The ketchup and mustard tasted old. The fries were not bad, just not enough of them with this meal. A few maybe 4 or 5 fries were very small and dried out like they were old. The diet Coke was fine. It was cold and good proportion of syrup to soda/seltzer water.I felt the price of the meal was higher than other fast food chains and not really worth the extra cost. The consistent quality from one location to another is what makes In-N-Out what it is. A good burger and fries by comparison and inexpensive to cheap by price. This place has been open a few months now and even during a pandemic its a busy busy operation. The drive thru (which was my approach as Im still not hip on being in indoor crowds) despite being very long moved pretty quickly. Two outside order takers and traffic control people made it move promptly and kept people from trying to cut into the line. Ten to twelve minutes to the pick up window was about all it took to retrieve our freshly made burgers and fries. Again the quality, fresh ingredients and made to order food is better than most of its competition. I don't always eat burgers and fries... but when I do its In-N-Out Side Note: there is a large homeless camp behind this property and panhandlers are all around, be aware. This is one of our regular stops when we travel. The food is always good and the service friendly and fast. Visited today Dec. 1 because I had business in town. One of the dining area helpers, Victor was greeting everyone and giving away 75th Anniversary stickers. He asked how everything was and is always mindful of not impeding people trying to get their food to the table. I need help finding someone in ownership/management of this branch who I met backpacking Catalina island in Southern California a couple weeks ago. My girlfriend and I were blown away by this gentleman's back country knowledge and we never exchanged names/emails/instas. First visit to in and out and it was great. This location is pretty busy by the way. Soft buns , crunchy lettuce and their sauce is great. Much better than five guy in my opinion. I wrote a cruddy review today, so I want to balance it out. In-n-Out is handling their bidness! Everyone there is right up there with InO standards. Cheerful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Like every InO. I know they're judging me for my 3x3, but that's all I'm getting, People. I swear. The rest is for others. Whatever, I don't care if you're judging me because you do it with charm and I will be back next week for another 3x3. Back to an actual review... I'm from LA and love me some InO. When I heard we were getting one, friends and I drove to Ukiah to drive thru and celebrate our future. Man... that 3x3... the patties... aren't too big, aren't too small... melty cheese... oh... and the tomato... ... ack! Review. Okay. Food. Great. Employees. Greater. I see y'all out there cleaning up the garbage the tweaks leave everywhere. I appreciate you keeping your restaurant, and extended area, clean. That's a full time position in itself. Oh! Well, I've never had such a great In-N-Out experience as yesterday's visit to the Eureka location. It was 1:30 pm on a Tuesday so perhaps not their busiest time --- there was NO line and the place was immaculate. Victor (I think that's what his name was) made sure to make our experience fantastic, offering our tennis team paper hats and stickers, and running over to our tables to be sure they were spotless before we sat down. He led a birthday sing-a-long for a player turning 18 and made the whole meal super fun. Food was piping hot and got wolfed down in no time.
