The veggies looked fresher than other subways. Customer service was clearly important to the servers. Will be back!

This is a nasty Subway store. Just was very unclean. They don't clean off their counter top where the sandwich's are made. Not ever going back there again. read more

This subway is always horrible. Every time I've been, they're always out of one thing or another. Today, it was BBQ chips and large drink lids. Other times it's bread. The people are usually pretty nice, but the overall management of the store is horrible. Whoever owns this place needs to get it together. read more

My GRANDMOTHER stepped inside to get a sub and the workers ignored her and kept doing what they were doing. Not only that but after 10 minutes of her standing in line she left and as soon as she was getting ready to leave they immediately started helping the man in line after her. I would give this review and the customer service a -100 if I could because there was no motive for acting that way to a customer, much less a older one at that just to prioritize a man behind her. I called this Subway and asked what time do they close. They told me they close at 10pm. I get here at 910pm and it's locked and the lights off so they can close early. I don't appreciate being lied to. read more

We eat Subway at least once a week. Generally we mobile order three footlongs every time. When we ordered 2 weeks ago, we ordered all three subs the exact same way. All three were wrong! Last week I happened to be in the store when they were being made and was able to catch the mistakes as they were being made. Tonight they were made, wrapped and ready for pickup when I got there. I assumed that this time they were correctly made. MY BAD!, after I drove all the way home and passed out the subs, we discovered that once again all three were made incorrectly. (Different subs, mind you) I tried to call the store but once again was not able to get an answer. Guess it's time to frequent Firehouse or Jimmy John's for our food. They don't seem to have issues with making sandwiches to order!!! read more

ZERO STARS IF I COULD Oh My God. I've been here before but I only remember having to wait a l o n g time for my sandwich. This time I waited for about 15 min ( 2, yes 2 people in front of me) to ORDER, and they tell me, " oh, we're completely out of rye bread and corned beef".... THANK YOU! 15 fricken minutes of watching these pathetically slow people try to make sandwiches, and maybe it was my lucky day because one of them kept taking her plastic glove off to scratch and pick at her face - RIGHT OVER THE SANDWICH SHE WAS MAKING! YUUUU-UUUCK!!!! Never go to this excuse for a great sandwich chain. The employees are lame/tweaks and there are way too many options in town to waste your time here. read more

Every time I've been to this location, they are out of several ingredients. I've been in a few times and they had nothing but white bread. They are regularly out of veggies and will only have two bags of chips to pick from. I've never seen this place remotely busy either so there is really no reason for this. read more

I've never had issues with this location, I even knew a couple of the workers pretty well. However, I showed up to this location 6/16/2020 at 8:45pm (the store closes at 9:00pm) and was automatically turned away by the worker. The open sign was still on and the doors were still unlocked. The worker (whose name I later learned was Danielle) was already putting up all of the food. I hesitated, checked the time and saw that it was still 13 minutes until closing time. I was told this worker has been written up before for the same actions; closing early. I sat outside trying to find a way to contact corporate, when a second customer attempted to walk in. The worker, Danielle, raised her hands in frustration and was literally shooing the customer out of the store. She was being very ignorant and honestly showing some attitude. She ran to the door and locked it, so no other customers could walk in. If this is a repeated offense by her, why is she still hired? I have contacted corporate, hopeful to see some resolution to this problem. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this really irritated me. Edit: Showed up again at around 7:00pm (6/17/2020) and the same worker from the night before was there again. I simply wanted a sandwich while I was on my lunch break, but again was told "I'm not taking your order, nope I'm busy." She continued making an online order while slamming stuff on the counters. She continued to mumble curse words and refused to take my order. I asked her "So why did you close the store 10 minutes early last night?" And she replied "I'm supposed to close the line at 8:50." Now correct me if I'm wrong, but since when has that ever been a think at Subway? Employees should be taking orders up until 9:00pm. I asked for the managers number but she refused to give it to me. I stood for a couple more minutes, without causing a scene, but decided to leave after she still refused to take my order. This worker (shown in the pictures below) need to be terminated immediately. The only reason I gave them one star is because there isn't a no star button! I ordered a sandwich and got the opposite of everything I ordered! Nothing that I requested was put on my sandwich, and everything that I left off was put on! Subway sucks!!! Green veggies for a green day! We ate here after the Dash Down Greenville on the weekend before St. Patty's day. Due to the Dash and the awesome parade after, every food location was overflowing and the waits were LONG. In came Subway . . . TO THE RESCUE! The service was quick and polite and the food was all very fresh. They did not use the crowd as an excuse to skimp on the veggies (which they really could have done). It's also a huge plus that I love Subway's bread options . . . and the location had baked plenty of bread so even despite the insanity of the Dash crowd, they still had plenty of every type of bread! I was starving, and that 6 inch sandwich really did save me. It could have gotten the 5th star if they would have served green beer *GRINS*. read more

I have tried to order from this location many times and every single time they have had me leaving disappointed. The customer service is some of the worse I have ever had. I walked in and there was a line of 4 people with only one employee making the subs, it was the lunch rush so I wasn't bothered. The employee then calls for help to a different employee on his break, he stands up and slowly makes his way to the counter as a child would walk when he has chores to do, then starts talking to her ignoring the other customers. She asks him to take our order and before he had made eye contact or spoken to anyone in line he replied "I'm waiting on him to order." When I started to order he made the sub in a childish way throwing the meat onto the bread in a very unorganized and disgusting way. During the time my sub was being made a door dash delivery driver walked in and they told her they didn't have certain ingredients for the order, the driver politely told the employee that the customer cancelled and as she was on her way out the employee under her breath said "I can't stand this f*cking job, thank god she's leaving." Some of the worst staff i've ever personally dealt with. If i could put zero stars that would be more true than one. read more

We ate there, yesterday, and it was probably the best sandwich we have had at Subway . Amanda was the sandwich maker, and she personified the ultimate in customer service. She was attentive, remembered our choices and was so friendly! The place was clean, including the bathroom. We will be passing through Greenville again and will make a point to eat here! read more

We went in to sit down and eat and we were not thrilled I got the chicken bacon ranch snd they had to use packets of ranch dressing because they were out of ham then we get out sandwiches and get sit down this is at noon btw and hear how the store owner wont allow them to order the product they need.. Then one of the employees didnt show up snd then another employee clocks out and leaves and now there is only one employee and a line of 7. We wont be back.. All I have to say is this was the best customer service and experience at a subway that I've ever had! There were two guys working I don't know the first ones name but the other man working was Gabriel, they both had full on conversations with me and were just being their selves! Not all people are their selves when they work because they want to satisfy the customer, but I'm one of those customers that likes it when employees are being their selves! The woman that was serving us was rude and I found a hair in my sandwich and when ever we asked for something she would talk back in a rude way she was working at 2:34 pm on the 17 of August and we also found a fly so we threw the sandwich away when I pay for something I expect better service read more

This is so far my favorite sandwich place here. I go to subway before my football games I just love their sandwiches.
