Absolutely terrible, I had ordered a sub and the people that clearly didn't speak any english properly. Completely messed up my order. I had ordered a Pepperoni, American Cheese, Bacon sub with Mayo and Yellow Mustard. He then put honey mustard on it and ranch. When I told them they were wrong the girl started screaming "IS THAT IT" after I told them it was wrong. They then decided to not remake my sub but DUMP yellow mustard on it. The food is amazing. Service was a little creepy, while she was making my sub, she stared at me, VERY intensely. Creepy, but good. There's something near the doorway. Some mysterious substance/food. After pulling into the parking lot and almost being blindsided by two people doing something illegal in he back parking lot I went inside and ordered a roasted chicken wrap. The two workers (sorry sandwich artists) we'll call them Divinci and Monet, looked at one another like I had ordered a crab risotto flambe with a flaming baked Alaska. They quickly recovered and my sandwich was made to order and tasted fine. My bag of cheddar sun chips stole the show however because the roasted chicken wrap was hardly filling and lacking substance. $10 doesn't get you what it once did, but I'd hope to not leave hungry. I think you pay a massive premium for convenience as these are located around every corner, they're fast and consumable. Also someone dropped a huge steamer in the one stall bathroom and I'd assume if the door was left open for any amount of time I'd be tasting airborne poo crumb particulates in my lettuce. read more

I walked into this establishment today and was immediately yelled to across the building In front of other customers from a worker asking if I had a mask. I can not and do not wear one because of a medical exemption. I understand the restrictions due to covid but it is something serious and I stated that I was exempt and this man says I don't care you still need to wear one here. The way this man called me out was humiliating and rude. Thankfully there are other locations who accept medical exemptions that I can visit...covid related or not this was a rude way to go about it..the year is not 1943 and people should not be turned away for any reason...very bad look on your company read more

Food was normal. Here's my service story: Ordered 7 subs for my crew. Paid for them and drove back to the job site to find we had 6 sandwiches. Went back to Subway with my receipt to get the 7th. The guy behind the counter proceeded to tell me that I was given 7. I told him it was 6 and that one of my crew is hungry. The guy argued again saying I was given 7! I pointed out that it costs me more to come all the way back than the sandwich is worth, that I'm not trying to scam him because it costs me more to make a second round trip than the cost of a $5 - $7 sandwich. He continued to argue with me for another 5 min. I think we went through this for 15 min! For ONE $5 sandwich! Finally, he made it for me. read more

I wasn't going back as when i called there was no manager. Both of my sandwiches at the very least had stale bread. On Saturday Feb 20th, I came in with 3 friends and we ordered and there was a guy and a girl working, my friends and I ordered kind of a big order (6 subs) the guy Colin, started talking very disrespectfully to the young lady working, swearing at her, told her "they have 6 sandwiches start making the f****** sandwiches" while standing there not helping at all. Started talking To me and my friends very rude, complaining about how are order was big, and after he told the girl working, make the sandwiches, he said "actually don't make them they're food, you guys can get out of my store and contact my manager if you have an issue." Which now I have taken to Yelp. If he isn't fired immediately for his actions, I will highly consider contacting the Better Business Bureau. read more

The people there always try to scheme you like your dumb so i had a bad feeling when i went to use a coupon for 3 large subs. Ordered a BLT and they never put the L or T on it. One of the people wanted to put cucumbers on for everything. "pickles...nope, not cucumbers". but mistakes are fine. When i went to pay he says Oh, i don't know... "We don't take this?" Because it says 3 "regular subs"? He wasn't even sure what his made up excuse would be. It was all basic things they have, everyday But all but one. The simpliest one was "not regular?" He randomly points at the menu. I said, what are pointing at? He just kept saying sorry. I don't want to make a big deal because these scum bags want to scam a few bucks. I just hate how they think we are all fools. i ordered 2 turkey ham footlong subs on internet i dint open till i got home the subs were terrible very little meet if any 2little tomato pieces very little lettuce the bread was soggy i live 10 miles away so i could not bring them back i called to complain and was put om hold and hung up on save your money worst subs in area will never go back read more
