Maybe it's the small town ignorance and obvious inbreeding getting to them, but they barely knew how to do their jobs. Here's a list of what they did: - Gave one of our sandwiches away to another person, who thankfully noticed in time and brought it back in - Kept money on the counter from a previous customer that it took them a minute or two to acknowledge (he was standing right in front of human Tow Mater) - Asked me what condiments I wanted on the Hotshot Italiano (a preset sandwich) and then proceeded to look at me like I was stupid, followed by a slow look back to the writing on the menu (no doubt deliberate, to add emphasis to my "stupidity") - Passed us our sandwiches before we paid and asked us which sandwiches we got, which they made but two minutes earlier Honestly, since our sandwiches ended up coming out alright, this made my day more than hurt it. So if you are wanting to get a confidence booster about your place on the national intelligence rankings, then come here; if you, however, want good service, good food, and competent workers, steer clear.

I've given this place extra chances and I love Subway but this one needs improvement both in quality and customer service.

And the employees are great, polite, friendly...the store is clean, but there is ONE problem. They are ALWAYS sold out of the most popular donuts. Glazed and Maple. This doesn't just happen occassionally, but almost every single time. I can count on my fingers the number of times they have been able to fullfill my order correctly. between 2 and 6 donuts and inevitably, at least 3 are not available. I've used the App to order donuts, gone to pick them up and had the employee go, "uhm...there's a problem". We don't want to take the frustrations out on the employees, it's not their fault, but And I'm not talking an hour before closing, we're talking multiple hours before they are set to close. 10 am. Noon. And you end up just getting whatever they have available because getting a refund when you order through their app it's a hassle to get a refund. You have to contact customer service, go through the process and the refund takes days. We love Dunkin, but it's frustrating that they are always sold out of Glazed and Maple... If you KNOW those are popular, make more of them....or make more during the day. My daughter tells me that they are not a "donut shop" anymore because they dropped "Donuts", but to me they will always be Dunkin DONUTS.

To which the response I was given was since you want free stuff I guess come get it or whatever. Very poor customer service from the person in charge in my opinion. Way to set and example for your employees. Will not be going back to Dunkin Donuts.

It's like a Culv... well, there's one of those downtown... but local instead of national. By which I mean there are a bunch of these in different states, but no concentration of them. So anyway, I ordered a #9, jalapeno burger, double, with cheese curds. They had pitchers of sweet tea I watched them pour, so maybe catering to locals at each location? I sat down in their generous seating area and watched. My food took under 10 minutes to come out fresh. Curds: C*vers has the edge, but it's their specialty. Another item I appreciate having on the menu here. They offered a dip but I just popped them like candy. Burger: Very solid. The extra patty helped. Maybe I should have put the curds on the burger. Just occurred to me. Otherwise I got my veggies for the day and every bite went down smooth. Verdict: Quite a nice chain. I'm on the fence between 4 and 5 stars. I'll likely never be in another one (happened to pass another one today, actually) but judging from everyone else's reviews, 4 stars would be an insult. ;)

As I stepped in the first thing I noticed was how clean & well kept it was so it was a great start & it even got better from there. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Beef w side of Onion Rings. Both were amazing & the extra bonus was the portion sizes were quite large which is not the norm for a fast food place & all at a budget friendly price ( Sandwich, Side & a drink ) for $ 12.55. Honestly I've found my new all time favorite fast food restaurant! I highly recommend Beef A Roo!
