Actually, pretty good. We don't have any other Chinese food in Harrison so perhaps the bar is a little bit low, but it's certainly better than nothing and better than it has been in the past. The dumplings were particularly good. read more

We open the door and this guy was in our face speaking almost English. I did not understand what he always saying, but after a few repeats I figure out he's asking what we want to drink. I ask for oolong and he says iced tea. I repeat my order a couple of times before he understood my Texas English. The GenTso Chicken did not have the correct peppers and didn't taste like General Tso chicken. OK selection of dishes, most were OK, probably better than other places in Arkansas, but for me I was not impressed and after the rude wait staff I won't be back. read more

The staff were friendly, though most people coming in were told to seat themselves. The food selection is not very big, though the food does taste good. If you have food restrictions be careful! Overall I wouldn't say it's worth $17.59 for one person to have a buffet and drink, especially when I can go next-door to Western Sizzlin for the same price and three times the selection of food. read more

The food and service here are great, and the prices are fair. This is my favorite Chinese place in Arkansas, I can really taste the authentic oriental cuisine. I also got Gyoza it came with a really good black sauce I ate it all before I took any pictures lol. read more

I only have done drive thru....always correct. They have had an ownership change not as good at first as old owners ..recently tried them out and pleasantly surprised..Will be coming back. I may go inside to all day buffet someday. read more

Either avoid this place, or be VERY sure to check your ticket completely. NOt only did they give our entire family FOOD POISONING, but they overcharged us by $20 and told us that ordering by phone and PICKING IT UP OURSELVES is why they charged us over $20 more. Don't be beguiled by the rustic look of this COVID-imposed drive-through. The service was above and beyond, and the food was piping hot, delicious, and plentiful. I've been here twice and both times the food was amazing. I got the orange chicken and it was by far the best I have ever had, it topped anything I had in either New York or Chicagos China town. The crab Rangoon's are amazing as well. I wish we had a Chinese restaurant that had this good of food and service closer to home. Usually eat from the buffet. Today I did take out. My sweet and sour sauce was poured over my chicken and leaking on the sides of the to-go container. Messed up my order. I was supposed to get crab rangoons instead they gave me an egg roll which I won't eat. Fried rice was luke warm at best. I wont do carry out anymore for sure!! read more

I think they want to be a chinese restaurant. if you want a lot to eat on a budget that is this place. food - taste is about bottom of chinese restaurants. the breaded sweet dishes are good tasting if not chewy - just wish they had meat in them. average service if expecting a chinese slop-joint managed by koreans following a menu. but they have bok choi veggies and standard desert choices Use the bathroom at the gas station before coming. when it comes to the decor vs food, i don't think they pass on the savings to the customers family owned family run. if you want courteous service, tip the owner dirty place it will fill you up, but You get what you pay for. read more

Grand Fortuna is the best buffet in all of Harrison. The selection is small, but the quality makes it worth it. Their peanut butter chicken is perfect, with crispy panko breading and just enough of that crunchy peanut butter sauce. The spring rolls and egg rolls are always good, but the pork dumplings are perfection. The service is always fast. The decor is quite dated, but I think it's part of the charm. If you want a hot meal for cheap, this is your best bet outside of fast food. read more

Did not know you could get the buffet to go, so I order lunch off the dinner menu. Cost me double, I won't make that mistake again. The sesame chicken was great, beef and broccoli was tender but wished they had left out those stinky bamboo shoots. Have never had them in my beef and broccoli before at other restaurants. Pork fried rice was sorta blah, no taste really. Had to add soy sauce, which I never use. Nice portions, loved the old school take away cartons. This was the worst restaurant that I have ever been at in my life. Half the buffet was empty. The remaining food was either cold or over cooked. The chicken on a stick did not have the texture or taste of chicken. We told the person working there that the above. She assured us that it was chicken. Horrible food. The only reason it got two stars was because of the very friendly service. The hot and sour soup was the worst that I have ever eaten, the chicken in several of the dishes had a very hard fried crust and definitely was not easy to chew, the sweet and sour sauce was not good, hot tea was just tea from the big urn that they had heated, even the jello on the dessert bar was tough (and that is hard to do).
