After getting no service at Jamie's, I just wanted food. Something close to my hotel, filling, and friendly. We have liftoff here at Beef. It's like a Culv... well, there's one of those downtown... but local instead of national. By which I mean there are a bunch of these in different states, but no concentration of them. So anyway, I ordered a #9, jalapeno burger, double, with cheese curds. They had pitchers of sweet tea I watched them pour, so maybe catering to locals at each location? I sat down in their generous seating area and watched. My food took under 10 minutes to come out fresh. Curds: C*vers has the edge, but it's their specialty. Another item I appreciate having on the menu here. They offered a dip but I just popped them like candy. Burger: Very solid. The extra patty helped. Maybe I should have put the curds on the burger. Just occurred to me. Otherwise I got my veggies for the day and every bite went down smooth. Verdict: Quite a nice chain. I'm on the fence between 4 and 5 stars. I'll likely never be in another one (happened to pass another one today, actually) but judging from everyone else's reviews, 4 stars would be an insult. ;) read more

Being new to the area & with such an interesting name such as Beef A Roo I figured i had to give it a try. As I stepped in the first thing I noticed was how clean & well kept it was so it was a great start & it even got better from there. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Beef w side of Onion Rings. Both were amazing & the extra bonus was the portion sizes were quite large which is not the norm for a fast food place & all at a budget friendly price ( Sandwich, Side & a drink ) for $ 12.55. Honestly I've found my new all time favorite fast food restaurant! I highly recommend Beef A Roo! read more

Ordered an olive burger. It sounded different, it was really good if you enjoy green olives. Guy at the drive thru window was really friendly. We didn't go inside, so can't speak to the atmosphere inside. read more

Writing this review in the parking lot before I even try the food! Restaurant was VERY CLEAN and smelled AMAZING. The bathroom was spotless. I could tell the employees were professional and worked together very well! This was just in 5 minutes of being inside. I ran outside to put my drinks in the car before they brought my food out, and one employee ended it bringing it out to meVery impressed with this random fast food joint in Harrison, AR! I got the roast beef sandwich with fries and cheese curds every thing was amazing but the cheese curd were extra oily

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch that we picked up via drive-thru today. The Mushroom Swiss Beef sandwich was perfect with a plentiful amount of mushrooms. The Turkey Avo Jack sandwich was just as good as the beef sandwich, with plentiful portions of fries as well made with fine ingredients. Definitely returning for a 4th time : ) read more

Beef-A-Roo is a cross between Arby's and Wendy's but they are doing their menu items much much better than either of the two mentioned fast food chains. Roast Beef sandwich's, delicious, flavored very well and not dried out and the chicken/turkey sandwich's are just as great. ; read more

Good quality food the burgers are delicious restaurant is clean and friendly environment

The place was very clean, the staff very friendly, and my order came out very quick. I got two burgers, onion rings, and fries to go. Checked the order when I got to the car and the onion rings were not in the bag. Went back in and the guy behind the counter was very apologetic and gave me a coupon for future use. My only complaint was how greasy the onion rings were. The rest of the order was very good. I will be back and try other things on the menu. read more

I was out of town for a funeral and was heading back to hotel that's next door the the restaurant. I ordered two veggies burgers, two fries, onion rings, a Pepsi and a pedi cherry soda. Upon my return to the hotel. I began to eat my food (please note the fries were mid, the pepsi cherry was not mixed properly all the cherry syrup was the bottom. The only okay tasting item was the onion rings but I would not get the again) and when I got the my veggie burger I gasped in anger and disappointment because it was just vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, and onions) no veggie patty present. Now, this is my first time going to Beef-A-Roo and I thought that, this was how it came but then I thought to myself that there is no way no patty came in the veggie burger when the total I paid was $31+. There is just no way this veggie burger has no patty just no way. So I look the restaurant up online and as I knew, the burger was suppose to come with a veggie patty and I had no veggie patty at all on either of the veggie burgers. I was so angry due to being hungry, tired, and emotionally drained from the funeral I just went to. I threw away my food and just ended up not eating anything. After I calmed down I realized I should have went back next door and showed them what they served me but the food was already in the dumpster gone. I would not ever recommend eating here unless you are absolutely hunger and nothing else is around. So disappointing and I still cannot believe this. Just wanted to leave a review to let others know to not eat here or at least do not get a veggie burger. read more
