Don't waste your time or money trying to order something you want or like from this subway!! It's the worst one I have ever been to!! First we had to wait so she could do an "online" order---that was actually placed after we arrived but was apparently a friend of the girl working, ok no big deal. i'm trying not to sweat the small stuff. Then they don't have the bread my grandson wants. We were even ok with that but when she got rude & shitty because I asked for lettuce on their foot long nachos, (sorry , apparently I didn't know you couldn't substitute something or pay extra for something if you wanted it) but when I asked for onions (which is on their advertising photo) NO we're out!!". I understand a lot of things happen in the restaurant business BUT rudeness from the person behind the counter for no reason is absolutely unacceptable!!! Shame on You Subway!!! Quick service and a good sandwich. Job well done. Convenient location made for a quick dinner stop on a long road trip.

We stopped to take a break from the highway. Food was perfect and just what we asked for. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and restrooms.

My order was severely simple: 6" flatbread, provolone, pickles, and mayo. They didn't put my provolone on. Provolone is my favorite sandwich cheese because it truly elevates the subway experience of my vegetarian order; however, such flavor was evidently lacking. I did order through the drive thru, so I wish I could've gone in to oversee the sandwich crafting process. I will not be returning to another subway drive thru any time soon. read more

Great quick road trip stop. I had the veggie delight on toasted whole wheat flat bread with spicy mustard. The bread was warm and soft, the mustard was flavorful, and the veggies were fresh and were in huge peaches not skimpy in the least. There was also a nice selection of veggies to choose from. The place was clean and bright and the service was very helpful and super friendly. The prices were reasonable as well. My husband enjoyed his tuna sub too. read more

I've never gotten a bad sub here. However, many times they are understaffed. The employees are so busy making sandwiches (they have a drive thru at this location) it's hard for them to keep stocked, keep the dining room clean and keep the subs moving along. Using the restroom is almost impossible when people keep walking in. Not sure who owns this location but they could probably do more business if the place was tidier and you didn't have to wait so long. I think this would be a hard place to work. I can't stand this Subway! I've tried it a couple of times because it's close to home and every time I do I'm disappointed. The last time I was there I waited in line behind 5 people(fifteen minutes) only to get to the front to have them announce they were out of bread for the night. It was 7PM! Well. Me and my dad were pretty hungry and decided to get some subway that was near us. We thought it was easier just to use the drive thru. Well bad decision. There were 3 cars in front of us at 7:18 PM. All the cars leave and we wait to even make an order until an hour later 8:11 PM a lady told us it was already closed! So we decided just to get some overpriced McDonald's Instead. WORST SUBWAY EVER! Me and my dad have decided to say f*** SUBWAY and we will never go to one again. If only the manager was there and he could see what a mockery he has made in Hartford it would be a good day. Also quick tip if your gonna have a drive thru restaurant at least have when your closing on the wall or on the windows. Or they could have just went to the mic made us a sandwich and we would be on our way or they could be rude and refuse to serve us that's he fine but no they totally ignored us and made us sit there in the rain. The girls here are clueless.. it's like they didn't know what they were doing. They had a hard time understanding simple requests.. I also requested a side of pickles and there was a fly in it.. when I told her she just stared at me and took it away lool.. they also had nothing stocked such as napkins and lids.. it was pretty empty when we walked in too.. says a lot about the workers here. Incredibly poor customer service! Worst Subway experience EVER! We visited the restaurant on 12/27/2018 for our drive West on I94. We thought, Subway, sure, why not? We always have consistent customer service and food quality. Well, this one blew us away! We ordered our usual, Turkey, Bacon and Guacamole but minus the Guacamole. We received our sandwich and paid sat down and began eating. We looked at the bill as it seemed a little higher cost from what we normally pay. In looking at the receipt, we did not get the Signature wrap sandwich (Turkey, Bacon and Guacamole) but a Turkey Wrap + Bacon which is more expensive that the signature sandwich. We thought this had to be an error. So we talked to the lady's behind the counter and the manager / acting manager after about 15 minutes they said this is normal practice. All subways do their billing this way. We have ordered this specific sandwich at many Subways in many states and NONE do this type of billing. After explaining this to the mgr, she indicated this is done for inventory control purposes and walked away with no resolution or recognition. I would rate this lower than a 1 if it were possible as padding their charges with a ridiculous statement for Inventory control is VERY POOR BUSINESS! read more

I rarely visit subway these days, but this was a very nice store. I went at noon, so it was very busy, but they were quick and very organized and friendly to boot. They do have a drive-through, as well, which I didn't use because I had to order multiple sandwiches. But the drive-through looked hoppin' and it looked organized and speedy as well. So I get there, and start ordering my food. I wanted two 6 inch meatball subs. One in a meal. The lady tells the guy at the counter to ring it up as a foot long. I said no, she then argues with me. Why are you arguing with the costmer I said I wanted one 6 inch meal. Not a foot long meal. I get to the cash register and show the guy behind the counter my coupon. Buy one 6 inch sub meal get the other 6 inch sub for free. It's sent FROM subway you can sign up for them threw text messages. He rings it up as a 6 inch meal and charges me for another 6 inch because "I don't have a scanner for the coupons and I would only have your word that it's real." Worst Subway I have ever been to. Horrible employees, I've been there a total of 5 times and each time they have either messed up my order (even though I tell them 3 times what I want), I asked for a subway melt and 3 different employees had no idea what it was or how to make it. The first time it was an older woman and young man, the second time was a young boy and two girls that had no idea what a subway club or a melt was. I asked for mayo they put siracha sauce on it instead. A lot of standing around and talking amongst each other, goofing off. Everytime they messed up my sub they just laughed it off, or said "oops". Everytime I go there I hope the service will finally be up to par, but it never is. Please train your staff better read more
