It seems almost unfair to give this place a bad review as I have ordered often from here on the past with no problems. But in the past 4 episodes I have had problems. It seems they are unable to handle the lunch crowd well. On one recent order I had placed an online order and when I arrived twenty minutes later to pick it up the order was not ready: it seems nobody was even aware of it. The store was very crowded. I was told they were getting to it. I saw a lady coming out of the back and complained. She said they had an onslaught and apologized. It was now approximately 40 minutes after I had placed the order: I asked to see the manager and was told the manager was the one making my sandwiches. By the time my sandwiches were made every customer that hand walked in had been served and checked out and it was close to an hour since I had originally placed my order. I complained to the manager and expressed I would now be late to an appointment. His response "I understand ". That was it. Another time - I could not get the app to work. It kept crashing. I asked the girl in the store for help. She could not help but gave me a coupon. The coupon deal was nowhere as good as the app deal. The store was very crowded. I left. Another time - again at noon - I came into the store and just left. Too crowded and the line was moving too slow. Today, I ordered online - a little later due to the fact they seem to have difficulty managing the lunch crowd. When I arrived my sandwich was ready. It seems they did not follow the instructions. I asked for extra tomato, onion and olives. It was made standard. I have run into this at other Subways - some refusing the "extra" request - specifically the store on Hwy 7 - but not this store. And I do not know why the app would allow it if it is something that is not allowable. On another occasion at this particular store I had asked the footlong to be cut into quarters and that was not done either (no big deal-I did it myself). I understand that each sandwich maker does a little different with the servings. Some stores are quite generous. But this request is a little different- I can't just walk behind their counter and add more. I could always take it off if it is too much. People like to feel like they are getting their money's worth and not skimped. This sandwich was definitely lacking. The last inch and one half was nothing but bread. I will continue to use this store because it is close to my house and the healthiest fast food choice available. But if possible- I will try to do something else (like the two times I just left). read more

While the sandwich was good, the usual issue happened. I ordered using the Subway app and ordered double meat on a 6 inch meatball sub. I only got 5 meatballs. 4 meatballs are on a normal 6 inch. Watched the two ladies make 8 sandwiches and touch multiple surfaces and didn't change gloves once and touches everyone's food...... gross. I had to personally ask them to change gloves before making my food and they were rude about it. I hope no one gets sick. read more

I placed an order to go on my phone as I was walking there and when I showed up Kemalyah or however you spell her name was in the process of making it when we walked in and she finished up after taking her sweet time on it and just sat it down and immediately took her gloves and apron off and pulled out her phone and went to go sit with her friend at a table, never even talked to us or anything, then went and got in the car and both of my orders were messed up, I ask for light sauce and she put half the bottle on there so when I opened up the wrapper it looked like I ordered a soup with bread on top of it, then she also put the smallest amount of meat on there where I couldn't even taste, don't go to this location, especially if kamalyah or however you spell her name is working lol read more

Without a doubt the most dim witted employee I've ever seen, thought it was a joke or I was being plunked. In Texas last week I order a foot long roast beef, they put 8 slices of the scrawny, see through meat in it and with cheese and veggies you could barely taste meat. Tonight I order same sandwich, she puts on 5 pieces meat? I ask what they put in 6 inch, 2 pieces meat? WTF? Told her she could eat it and I left...I had 8 bucks left on a Subway gift card, thru it in the garbage when I got home, will not ever grace there doorstep again, I can fully understand why they are having financial trouble... read more

My wife and a friend just went to the Subway outside the Hot Springs Village east gate. They had a foot long subway to share and a meal deal drink and chips. The 2nd lady just wanted water but was told they had to pay the $1.90?? for the cup. The 2nd lady also got 2 bags of chips. The person behind the counter charged them for 3 drinks. When they asked about it he said they had 3 drinks even thought it was only the 2 ladies with one soda and one water and he wasn't going to give a refund. He basically charged them for 1 subway and 3 meal deal drinks and chips. My wife eats there with friends all the time and now she is steaming. It is amazing what one bad employee can do. read more
