My family today were very disappointed in subway Buhl Idaho on 8/1/25 @ 715 ish we ordered in the subway app. When my husband went in subway restaurant to get or order there computers were down we felt very sad for the workers till I got home to Hagerman to find my sandwich flat with no condiment's inside I orders the hot shot Italian sandwich at 13 buck it hardly non . we gave them a call immediately my husband was hung up on twin by Aubrey then myself when asked for her supervisor this is not how you conduct business, I wish I know management? read more

It's 11:28 am and there's no one in here. This place is clean orderly and the employees are friendly, attentive and easily understood. No attitudes from the two girls working the counter. We are a subway family and have visited many subways of sizes and locations. This by is the nicest one we've entered. Not sure why others had left poor reviews but from our experience this is a top notch subway. Super pleased with every department of this visit. My family of six had a fun tummy in a nice and clean establishment. read more

My favorite. An uncooked steak melt thats fresh out of the fucking fridge. Extremely rude service, didn't even cook my steak sandwich, and I paid for double meat and received single. I used to work at subway, and the steak has to be cooked separately if a sandwich isn't going to be toasted. This was neither, utterly disgusted with this experience and will continue on next time I see a subway. Waste of money. read more

Subway across the street from Flying J in Twin Falls. The sandwich would have been good if the employee would have taken her time to make our sandwiches. The attitude I can deal with, but not when the sandwich and the employee aren't good. We asked for extra olives and she said no. It would throw off inventory. Really? I've been to several Subways and this is the first time I'm ever hearing of this. She wasn't wearing a name tag, so I don't know what her name was. I just have to comment because no subway should get five stars. This should actually be a three star rating, but I have to bring that average down. I've eaten at this subway many many times. I can tell you this. These guys and gals are the friendliest bunch of hospitality people you will ever know. However, they are temporarily constrained to a subway restaurant. Not their fault, but it is just a subway restaurant. Went today to get a sandwich and dealt with the most nasty I have met in a long time. If I asked a question she was so rude. They have wraps in their board but no names for them. I didn't know they no longer have the turkey bacon guacamole wrapI was informed it was now a california wrap. When I asked for a spinach wrap she said basil, or two other options. I asked do you have any spinach wraps . The picture would suggest they do. Her response was just as nasty. It got worse from there. When I got the sandwich it was the wrong wrap. . I shouldn't have been surprised. I realize you hate your job. Please don't make me hate spending money at your restaurant so the owners can pay you. read more

The sign said the store was open so it should have been prepared to serve customers. The one employee behind the counter was busy filling a take-out order when we (the only customers in sight) came in, but she didn't bother to acknowledge our presence in any way. A simple, "Hello. I'll be with you in a moment," would have sufficed, but nope. Not even a grunt. My friend asked a question about breakfast sandwiches since it was "morning rush"--the woman now did grunt, "there's a sign" and jerked her thumb over her shoulder in response. When she finally finished the take-out order (she took her sweet time while still ignoring our presence) I asked for a 6 inch on Italian Herb & Cheese bread. She cut me off with a sour, "the only bread we have is flat bread." With that, we finally got the message she really didn't want to serve customers at 9:00 in the morning. So....we left and won't be back at this particular Subway location. read more

I really like subway. One of the best things is getting your sub toasted. We've been traveling through here over the last 6 weeks and the last 2 trips have eaten here because we can walk from the hotel. Both times (8 days apart) their toaster is broken. Really? I tried to contact corporate but I keep getting errors. The girls are nice there but they don't deal with online orders much so they don't really know what to do. Common fix your toaster or buy a new one for this location. They are the only game in town if you want to avoid the traffic of twin falls. read more

On my travels throughout the United States I've eaten at a lot of Subway Sandwiches but this one stands out because of the freshness of the food. Great customer service (made me a fresh pot of coffee) and being located in the middle of nowhere. Watching tumble weeds rolling across the parking lot as I eat my sandwich was priceless. Unlike other sandwich places that are tagged with gratify and beaten, this one is mid-west and southern clean. On my journeys I'll stop here again as I pass to and fro across this great nation. read more

First they were understaffed. I saw 11 people leave because of the long line and only two people working. Come they lost more business than they made. The staff were working really hard but could not keep up. Therefore the work counter got really cluttered. Not good for visual effect. I asked for a toasted sandwich but by the time I got it it was cold. When I turned around some machine was leaking water and the floor was flooded. Not a good experience. read more
