Jersey is truly one of the best places to get a sub and since moving to the southeast, I have painfully been forced to accept the fact that the good down here is not the same. But Jersey Mike's brings an idea of what a Jersey sub is and what all subs should be. Meat and cheese freshly sliced and loaded onto a sub roll. From there, you place the veggies on top and oil, vinegar and spices. It really is not a difficult process, yet so few places implement these steps and fall short of a good sub and wallow in mediocrity. I also must applaud Jersey Mike's on their training. Most of the locations are consistent and offer a good sandwich so you can stop at any location and know what you are going to get. All in all, I recommend this particular location.
