The bun, cheese and patty were all cold. So I went back through the drive through and told the girl. She felt bad and said they would remake it. 15-20 later, she came back out with another burger. Told me it was cooked fresh which is why it took so long. Unfortunately this burger was colder than the first one, no way it was fresh. I've worked in the food industry for 9 years, there is absolutely no way that burger was fresh because the patty was ice. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave me the same burger honestly. However, I just wanted the refund for my burger. I had already ate the tots and my daughter and had ate her food too. At first they tried to get me to give all the food back when we had already ate it, I simply stated 3 times I just wanted the burger refunded I'll pay for everything else. I was told by the young guy there to pull around to the front and he called his manager. He said "we can't refund all your food". To which I said again, I don't want a refund for it all only the burger. They kept acting like they did not want to refund me at all, but I didn't want to pay for something I had already been waiting an hour now for and is still ice cold. At the end they refunded me $10 and the guy seemed very annoyed by it. I get it, it's the food industry. I know how it is, but today sadly would probably be my last time there.
