The girl with the snakebites and glasses... should not be making sandwiches. She gave me basically no cheese. I asked her to put light turkey and she put more turkey than i've ever seen on a sandwich. She loaded the sandwich with so much of what i requested, it wouldn't even shut all the way. The last time and the very last time I'll ever visit another one, there were ants crawling around on a portable metal rack of some sort in the lobby. They had to have been in the back on or near the food. They were the little sugar ants. I let the lady at the customer service counter know and she said or didn't do anything about it. I mean it's a Subway so let's just lower the bar to begin with. Keeping that in mind, I enjoy this one. The staff works hard and they have their gluten free game down. The ingredients are kept fresh, the whole place is always clean, and they go at a steady pace so no matter what size the line is you steadily get through it. They're patient and accommodating with my kids and parking is more than adequate. Bathroom is clean too. Consistent success as long as we've been going. read more

We ordered 3 subs for a family lunch yesterday and they were terrible. The bread was really dry and hard and clearly old. There is no way it had been freshly cooked. My daughter ended up picking the meatballs out of her sub and tossing the bread. My boyfriend said it was the worst sub he has ever gotten from them. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at Subway. Placed order online, picked up the order with no problem. When I go home I cut into the sandwich and find that there was no guacamole on the sandwich and I had ordered double meat, bacon, and guacamole. Call them up to complain, and they said to bring the sandwich back and they will make another. I had to go back to the restaurant, pick up another sandwich, and brought it home. This time there was guacamole, but not the double of everything that I ordered. I've very disappointed in Subway a will not be going back to this restaurant. read more

Went to subway for lunch today and I had a coupon for "buy a 6" and drink, get a 6" free" I presented this coupon to the cashier who was less than impressed. She actually let out a huge sigh as I handed it to her. Then my total was way over what it should have been. I decided to wait to check my receipt before questioning her, but she crumpled it up and threw it away quickly. I then said,"I'm sorry, but I actually really need that receipt." She rolled her eyes then printed me off a new one. I didn't look at it til I got back to work. She had printed me off the wrong receipt. read more

It's your typical Subway. They have a small parking lot that can be a bummer to get out of around lunch. The service has always good and they don't seem to skimp on the veggies, which I like. read more

I ordered my sandwich and the lady ran out if bacon up front so she grabbed some from the back. She then dumped half of the bacon on the floor as she was filling up the bucket in the front case. There is paper between the bacon and she proceeded to throw the paper on the floor. This wasn't even the worst part. After she put the sandwich in the toaster oven she started to pick up the paper he had thrown on the ground. I was relieved she was at least going to try and clean up her mess she created. With the same gloves she was just touching things on the ground with she pulled my sandwich over to the counter, I'm not a huge germ freak and she'd only touched the paper so far so..... Then she started to ask me what condiments if like on my sandwich WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON STILL. I asked her if she'd please change her gloves since she was just touching the floor with those. She did change her gloves but not before she threw a fit about her hands not actually touching the floor. He of course had a big attitude for the rest of my order. Unfortunately this is my first bad experience here. It's bad enough that I gladly take the drive down 99 to the subway off barger. read more

Only a couple employees in those location are decent. The manager is absolutely horrible!! Always complaining about something in her personal life, which doesn't belong at work. I personally have been there well over 100 times and I'm done. Recently I was charged 8.50 to get the current 5 dollar footlong WITHOUT bread...then almost yelled at when I questioned it.
