Arrived at drive-thru 15 minutes before closing. One car ahead of me. Took all 15 minutes to fill order of my predecessor and then refused to take my order due to closure. Terrible customer service caused permanent loss of semi-regular customer. It's not like Arby's has earned a Michelin star, so more their loss than mine. read more

Arby's Management have done their research are expertly unveiling their newest jem. This Restaurant is completely remodeled with a fresh, clean, open-air design which feels very comfortable and inviting. Their expertise and smoothe customer service is impeccable, even while training a small army of new Arby's employees. I wasn't thrilled with the idea of going to Arby's Friday. I had a huge, amazing dinner planned out. However an ugly spat with the family made me say fuck it, and head home. So, I had to feed mother, given she's diabetic and had just taken insulin. We stopped off here for a quick bite. I wanted to go home, as it was starting to rain heavily. Just a side note, the floors in here are extremely slippery when wet. We go to order, our cashier wasn't terribly friendly. Accurate and efficient, yes. Friendly, not so much. She wasn't nasty or rude, just chit-chat wasn't her thing. It was more tell me what you want now. During rush times, this would make sense. Slower times, she could stand to relax a little. We ordered and our food came out. For being starved, it was good. It's Arby's, so it's nothing special. Did it fit the bill? Yes. Mom ordered a French dip with double meat, and I ordered the beef and cheddar. Mom noted the cost of extra meat was less than the typical location we visit. The dining room itself looks like a throwback to a 50's diner. Bright red, black and white checkered floors, the license plates from multiple states. It's certainly bright and cheery, compared to the typical, bland, corporate look of most fast food restaurants. Would I return? I'm sure at some point I will. I'm not driving 30 miles just for this though, and it's too messy to eat in the car, so it's not exactly food on the run kind of thing. But I don't have any real complaints. read more

I had what they are trying to pass off as a prim rib Philly cheese steak. Beside a terrible lack of flavor, the bun was soaked with juices, and honestly it tasted as if it had been in the warmer all day long. I worked in the fast food industry in my youth, so I know some foods are prepared hours ahead of time. However the lack of flavor all together was a total disappointment. So I have to tell you that I was expecting to need Pepto after my visit here, but to my surprise, I didn't! I ordered a turkey sandwich and the sandwich I got was nothing like I expected. The bread was super fresh, but more importantly the lettuce and tomato was also super fresh. Not what I expected from a fast food joint. I felt super healthy (skipped the fries) and this exceeded my expectations. Their normal food, is greasy and kinda gross, but this healthier option was great. read more

The best looking dining lobby at any Arby's I've been to. However, their drive thru is sloooow. I've once waited 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me before driving off. The food is also not to the normal Arby's standard. On a separate time I ordered a sandwich with cheddar cheese. I received the sandwich with that cheese sauce all over it and when I asked them about it, they said it was cheddar cheese sauce. read more

They do not even deserve one star. I had an order of cheese sticks and on the second stick I took out I pulled it apart to eat half and I noticed a black thing that I pulled out of it. I used to own rats so I know rat poop when I see it. I threw up and of course threw away the entire bag of Arby's good. read more

Let's face it, Fast food is, and always will be fast food, right? Arby's in Junction City OR has reached, and raised the bar for fast food customer service. We (my wife and I) eat there about 1-2 times a month. The entire staff has always been friendly, our orders have always been accurate, and the store is clean. Thanx Arbys.
