    Came in early in the morning and was warmly greeted by Nadine. She was very friendly and created two sandwiches for us: a meatball marinara and a turkey bacon avocado. Bread was very fresh, yum! Thank you for the great service!

    This is the second time this place has scammed me out of money. I go in, place my order, pay with a…read morecard, don't leave a tip, go home and then 1 to 3 days later, I get a message from my bank showing they added an extra transaction to my sale. It's been 1 year and 3 months since I last ate here. I thought I'd give them a second chance but nope, same scam. Now I have to dig through my trash to find the receipt so I can go pay them a visit. Last time this happened, I think it was March 2024. The manager or owner whoever it was told me there's a password on the card terminal that only he can access to re-process sales and that he "accidentally hit a button" that caused it. I call BS. My gut says: never come back here. Once I find the receipt, I'll post a photo showing no tip. If the owner tries to show a receipt with a tip added, then they forged it and I'll demand to see the CCTV footage of me signing that receipt. How does this keep happening to me? And how does no one else ever check their bank notifications? Found the receipt here's the photo. Update: 6/24/2025, 1:00 PM I went to speak with the manager or owner. The lady at the register said they haven't seen the owner in weeks. She told me I could take cash on the spot or wait for him. I was like, "Weeks? Yeah, no. I'm not waiting weeks for my $2.18 back." So I took the cash. I didn't need to play the long game with the bank which can take months or sue for $2 (which, ironically, could later cost the owner hundreds of thousands in court and recovery fees... plus the $2). And yes, I'm that petty. If you know your card terminal is doing this, and you didn't even argue when I mentioned being overcharged then why haven't you changed your terminal or processor in the 1 year and 3 months since it last happened? It's as if you're the one doing it. Trying to quietly score an extra couple bucks per customer. Some might say, "It's just $2, let it go." But if they're doing this to every customer, all day, every day? That adds up. Ordered my food about 25 minutes before my break. Walked over. As I stood there the woman (I believe Missy) looked at me and looked away. I stood there as she made a sandwich in one of the slowest motions I've ever witnessed. Then a man from DoorDash came in. She told him,I'm sorry for the wait I've been sooo busy. I still gave her grace and waited. She eventually hands him his bag of items. I said hey,I ordered my food about 40 minutes ago online. She told me I Don't have an order for you. I showed her my email. She then said I don't know what to tell you. I was running out of time to even eat at this point. I told her my name again and that I would call regarding getting my money back. I got the most terrible sandwich for $20 Nextdoor and basically didn't even eat. So I called and she proceeded to say she was soo busy. I politely told her,you absolutely were not. I watched you for 20 minutes! And you ignored me multiple times after looking at me. You dismissed me. She claimed she had 3 online orders before I got there. She stated she found my order. I reminded her that I placed my order 25 minutes before I even got there. She then apologized again,while defending the fact she was "so busy" I stated that "being so busy" has nothing to do with customer service. I asked for management. She said they would be back on Monday. What a let down. What a shame that people With no customer service have to work in it just to have a job. I have sympathy and understanding to a certain level. But now I'm out the $20 I spent on a terrible sandwich from the neighboring store plus my expectations and business from what I was expecting to be an amazing sandwich. (I know this was long,sorry) lol. All and all,awful from start to finish. Don't go here expecting anything beyond what an employee is forced to do. PS,still waiting for my refund.
