Had heard about this place from family member. So decided to drop in try it out . i ordered the chili verde pizza and pepperoni pizza and wings and was happily surprised the chili verde pizza was awesome. As for the restaurant it lacked in the customer service department tables were dirty and the staff looked tired and in their own worlds but then again i had stopped in around 945 pm which was near closing. I will definitely be back hopefully customer service and cleanliness is better on my next visit. Pizza was worth the drive i drove from tulare just to try this place out . read more

Had my wife call to order a pizza, they placed her on hold for 30 minutes. When they finally took her order, she was told the total was $29.30 and it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. We waited, arrived at the restaurant and whomever took our order NEVER PLACED IT ON THE COMPUTER OR WROTE IT DOWN!!! We were told the order was never taken and we would have to wait another 40 minutes. NEVER EAT OR COME HERE! The customer service is TERRIBLE. read more

The best pizza in Lindsay! Tony's was able to accommodate our large party of 20. And they were so kind. The pizza was genuinely some of the best pizza I've had in years. The crust was crisp on the outside and nice and doughy on the inside. The toppings were all fresh and high quality. The Italian sausage and pepperoni were my favorite. Tasted like Peter Piper Pizza. First call, was placed on hold for so long I hung up. Second call, young girl placed my order and proceeded to hang up immediately, no thank you/goodbye/confirmation the call was ending. Tony's Pizza in Lindsay. Don't try to order over the phone and use a credit card. They tell you they didn't take credit cards over the phone and that you have to order online and then when you do, it won't take your billing address. Plus after you try a few times and it won't take your order it tells you to call the store and the store tells you tough shit. read more

We order for delivery often. This pizza place is probably the only place that delivers. Not to mention we like this place, we have been eating here for years. We absolutely do not mind waiting the 1hr and 40 min we are quoted everytime. We understand it's busy and we are not the only people in this town who want a delivery. Our delivery driver was a boy and he was very polite. However the girl who takes the order is rude. Very rude. And it's anytime we place an order with her. Not only is she rushing you while taking your order and has a "could care less attitude" it's seems she can't follow specific order requests. Is she not writing them down? No one is asking for anyone to jump through hoops or get our delivery to us in 30 min. A simple "can I please have this on my salad" and we don't get it. I have contemplated writing a review because I'm not sure if it matters, but I couldn't avoid it. I also didn't get a receipt of my order to see who took my order. If your answering phones and our order is going to be wrong at least be nice, if you can't be nice for doing the job you applied for, find a new job. Makes no sense to be rude to people who pay to eat at the establishment that makes your checks. Especially when we are not rude to you. read more

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with Tony's tonight. I ordered the Phillycheesecake sandwich. I've had this before at Tony's, and usually, it's good. Tonight, I took one bite and bit into something hard. It slipped into my throat, and I started to choke. I finally got it up. It was a metal nut that was in the meat. I'm lucky, I was able to get it out. In addition, my food tastes stale. I guess, I should have stuck with the pizza. read more

It's located in a strip mall about 1/2 mile from 65 on south side of st. Seems to be plenty of parking. The dining is large with long oil-cloth covered tables. Several tv's going with boxing, a movie (real steel), and preschool program singing the alphabet song. Our first visit on Saturday at 5:30. Our large pizza, sausage mushroom and olive original crust is very good. Crust has a lite crispy bottom. Wish it was chewy crust but it's enjoyable and was quite hot from oven. We shared a large one trip salad bar that they restocked for us after several groups passed thru. It was all fresh and good. Good assortment of toppings and maybe several lettuces mixed together. I have come here for a couple years... great tasting pizza! But today, I had the worst service! We drove from a town away to enjoy this pizza, so decided we would call ahead to ensure our bigger order was ready by the time we came to dine in. We got there and paid, sat down and waited. 20 minutes passed by, thought it was weird but we didn't mind (mind you, they told me on the phone it would be ready in 20 min-we had a 15 min commute). 40 min passed by and we got 1/3 things we order. Almost one HOUR, and I'm fed up and go ask about our order. Turns out they just had it boxed up and put away! Essentially forgot about us... the only people in the restaurant. They proceed to serve us cold pizza and still forget another item we ordered. Incredibly disappointed in the service we got! We will not be going there again. read more

Came from out of town for a football game wanted to get some Chile verde pizza. Look it up online to see what time it opens, says 10 so we head that way, show up at 10:07 to a locked door. So we call, and the people inside said they would open the door in 15 minutes because they are taking online orders at the moment. Wow what great customer service. Chile Verde pizza is literally some of the best pizza I've had--not greasy, delicious cheese, super good chile verde flavor, pork that is tender and yummy, and the perfect thickness of crust that is never burnt or undercooked. Highly recommend! Only giving four stars because the wings are terrible, soggy, hardly any sauce, mushy, overall really bad. Get the pizza though! read more

Tony's has very good pizza and is a decent little pizzeria. Like everyone else says, if you like spicy food then the Chile verde pizza is the bomb dot com. Their crust is good and even their pepperoni is awesome. I like their garlic chicken pizza the best though. My only complaints are the prices are pretty steep in my opinion and if you try and order for delivery you're outta luck. Wait times for delivery usually run 1-2 hours. Pick up is better. read more
