While I was waiting for our order (all of about 60 seconds) I noticed they had a couple of Onion Rings sitting in the rack but they tossed them and gave us some from a fresh batch that were extra hot. Everything clicked and our food was fast, hot, and the usual BK taste. The dining area was clean except for the floor around a table where customers had just left. Even the table tops were clean and not tacky or sticky as was the case at a restaurant with table service where we ate recently. We didn't use the restrooms so I can't comment about that.
