Workers were rude and lazy, refused to toast a sandwich because they wanted to shut down the oven early, then when I asked for half ham and pep, they charged me $4 dollars without saying anything. Verdict: Reliable in more ways than one I'll never be blown away by a Subway sub but I know that I'll get enough food and I know just how that sandwich will taste. It doesn't matter if I'm at this one or the countless others. They have their system and product down. Speaking of countless others, the other reliable thing is that you're almost always within striking difference of a Subway. Worker was rude and sassy, but the food was good. Attitude was targeted and unnecessary.

*Avoid this location* This place which is past the security checkpoint is really bad. They don't know how to make sandwiches. This person making the sandwich tore the bread into two uneven pieces and splashed the tuna all over promising to fix it later. Another person picked up the process and wouldn't put the dressing all the way in with a knife arguing that it would mess the sandwich because of the way it was made. Both the representatives were rude multiple times (yes I'm a frequent flyer) before but i believe in people having a bad day and giving second chances. But this was it. By the expressions of the reps I can tell they would spit in my sandwich if only I wasn't watching. Please avoid going to this location if you don't want to give your travel a bad start. read more

Gets the job done, although perhaps not the best run Subway ever on the planet. Compared to other airport food options, not a bad choice for food with some fresh vegetables or taste in its general vicinity. Very true that the ladies here certainly work at their own pace and are a bit methodical, but the final product is just fine. read more

Located at terminal A between gates A1 and A2, was very convenient. Friendly staff, order was ready fast. Like any typical subway. If you like subway, this location is great, nice and clean, has plenty of seating. I like their Italian herbs bread and alway take their chicken sandwich along with chips. read more

Haven't usually reviewed fast food. This was inside Harrisburg mdt airport. But... this food preparer (saturday 3/21) was very helpful in making suggestions and customization to the subway spin salad with double chicken. He really had pride in his work. Came out very good, ok now the grilled chicken is cooked in advance and then sliced for the salad. How did it come out better than the full scale chain restaurant that I went to earlier in the week? I'll start off by saying I haven't eaten at subway in quite some time because of the child charges that Jarred the poster boy had. I refuse to support a company that supports that guy but having said that this is the only option i. Harrisburg airport at 7am. Absolutely horrible experience here. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude for no reason. I asked what was her favorite thing to eat because i wasn't in the mood to be rushed as she was doing. She replied rudely, " i don't eat here". I then thought to myself why would i eat here then? However I'm fat and hungry so i just ordered a turkey sub and kept it moving. After we sat down we heard them crying about how much they hate their job and they continued to gossip about other employees and it was very off-putting. These people don't deserve a job. read more

This spot has the two laziest and slowest workers I hhsve ever seen in my life. Granted it's in an airport so it's a captive audience. And granted it's a slow night, but there is no excuse for no one manning the register with a small line of patrons waiting. I've watched these two for several weeks now as I have come and gone through this airport. Their pace doesn't change whether there are a couple of people or a whole line and they don't seem to care much about what they do. I assume the owner doesn't care since people are pretty trapped for food in this airport but I have to say it's pretty disappointing. read more

For the love of God don't order a salad if the heavyset woman with tattoos is behind the counter. The process of having to chop the lettuce may be too much exercise for her. She actually said, "I don't do salads" and called her baffled coworker out from the back. She ended up doing it but scoffed the whole time. Not sure what her issue might be with salads.... read more

Both my sandwich and my husband's were cold. The line was long and I was afraid I'd be mobbed if I went back to complain.

This subway is under new management. Well the lady behind the counter obviously did not want to be here at 4am. I came up to the counter since no one was at front. I waited for a minute then said "hello, good morning". I heard a faint reply, "I'll be there". Lady was very rude and customer service was below the average. I ordered the breakfast combo which comes in a 6" flatbread and small coffee. I thought I heard her ask what cheese I wanted, and I responded provolone. She gave me a foot long and I was confused, and told her the breakfast combo comes in a 6". But I took it anyway. Then she asked if I wanted a fountain drink, and I replied I want the small coffee that comes with combo. She didn't ask if I wanted creamer and sugar so I had to ask for it. Which is no big deal because some drink it straight black. She warmed up my footlong but it was not as hot as I expected. I ate the first 6", which was ok since it was warm but not hot. So before I started on second 6", I went up to counter and asked to warm it up, and she responded "again". I was respectful to her throughout this exchange. Another customer behind me had the same experience and we later talked about that experience and we both agreed she doesn't want to be here and should get another job if she's not happy at subway. It definitely does a disservice to this subway and subways reputation. read more

Wow... I would give negative stars if I could it. I walked away feeling absolutely disgusted. I asked for a steak and cheese chipotle wrap and the lady with fake teeth and a tongue piercing put chicken on it. I asked her about it being a steak wrap and she completely ignored me... I was like whatever... she completely botched the wrap and did not make it properly to be able to hold in the ingredients. She laughed and said it was messy. She proceeded to fold the wrapping incorrectly which I did not notice at first because it was behind the cookie tray. I asked for a cookie and to make it a meal. She started cursing and couldn't find where to add the cookie so she just gave it to me for free. I sat down and pulled the poorly wrapped wrap out and it was soaking wet and soggy and completely fell apart. When I picked up the wrap half of it fell off the table and on the ground... at this point I felt disgusted. Whatever. I ate half the sandwich which felt apart as well. Seriously if you own this franchise do not let this lady make sandwiches again for your customers. I mean... wow read more
