Alligator was cooked, very juicy and not too much breading. The opportunity to make this better and more long-term: add tomatoes! But also I heard somebody complain. It was too spicy. I didn't think so, but I recommend replacing the spicy pickles with some sweet bread and butter, pickles. Service is always outstanding. Special kudos to Johnny.
