I had these smothered pork chops with okra and squash that came with the side of black peas, and cornbread The pork chop was super flavorful and tender. The black guy peas, not mushy at all with an incredible flavor. I really don't like it when folks overcook them and these were perfectly done but you probably my star of the show was the okra and squash so much of the okra these days is just deep fried batter with a sad little vegetable inside.
