When my niece asked for more sauces and ketchup, Keith told her NO! The manager had to intervene (we never did get any ketchup). When she returned to the car, we realized we had no straws. She went back inside and Keith said "I can't give you just straws." She had walked out of the Arby's 3 minutes earlier with 2 large drinks. He finally threw 4 straws at her in disgust. Keith should not be working with customers. I understand condiments and peripheral items are a cost to Arby's, but you need to be reasonable when someone orders 8 sandwhiches.
