The balance of ingredients is always perfect and I love the crunchy vegetables paired with hummus and balsamic. I never leave without an order of falafel and hummus, too. My first visit to this location included a small order mix-up, but the staff was friendly, helpful and quick to make it right. Customer service like that goes a long way in my book. As someone who eats gluten free, I appreciate having a wrap option that actually tastes great and is large enough for two meals. Thank you for being a reliable go-to lunch stop. Something told me to open it before taking a bite--and thank God I did. To my absolute horror, there was a crispy dead fly inside my burger, right on the bacon. I have never been so grossed out in my entire life. The fact that a bug made it into my food raises serious questions about cleanliness and food safety at this location. I ended up throwing up in the parking lot from how sick it made me feel. Now I can't stop wondering how many other burgers I've eaten here in the past might've had something in them. The tortillas were cut into smaller, easier-to-handle, triangular pieces. Tortillas can be messy to eat. The salt potato home fries are probably one of the Top 5 I've ever had in my life. No, really. Very subjective, yes, but if you like your home fries crispy on the outside and not soggy on the inside, flavorful--then you might agree.
