My friends who have worked here previously have literally told me horror stories about health hazards here. I was told once they left a big stock of bread out in the rain all night, and the next morning somebody in charge told them it was okay to still be served, despite there being mold spotches. Coincidentally I ordered from this location with my dad and, we ourselves found mold on the bottom of the whopper buns we ordered. Other than that, the workers majority of the time are incapacitated to even be in a work place. they are visibly intoxicated, you can't understand anything they're saying , and you alwayss (I ensúciate "always") get something about your order wrong read more

Just do not go to this Burger King anytime close to when people usually want to eat a meal and you are fine. If you do plan to go to this BK between say the hours of 11 AM and 2 PM you are screwed. Not sure if they are always understaffed or what. I was just in there at 11:55 AM and it was crazy.. One cashier that took 2 orders then had to bag orders. Line out the door, drive tru blocking the two ways in. Get more people for goodness sake. Food is fine when you can get it just a really understaffed place and has been like that since I moved to the area 2 years ago. Update: Down to 1 Star. To top things off tried GrubHub for this BK as I had credit through work. After 90 minutes order was cancelled because it said they were out of items. Very dirty location. I actually watched a manager looking employee shake trash off their foot rather than picking it up....this happened on the dirty kitchen floor, visible from the front counter. This afternoon my husband and I stopped at Burger King in North Kingstown. We've been on the road and I had to use the ladies room. I'm going to try not to be disgusting but it's going to be hard. Before going to the front counter to place an order, I went to the ladies room. The seat was soiled with feces. There was urine on the floor in front of the toilet. I spent a good 10 minutes cleaning before I could use the facilities. Good thing I had gloves and wipes with me. I couldn't scrub my hands hard enough after I was done. I went out front with every intention of complaining but I had a funny feeling it was going to fall on deaf ears. There were two managers 1 had her hair up in a bun one had pink coloring to her hair. The manager with the pink colored hair very nice. Keeping her cool. The other manager not so nice she was very frustrated, loudly protesting because she could not fill the orders. The food wasn't coming out quick enough. It looked like there was only one person in the back. The french fries were coming out in one large ball they was still all stuck together and they're smashing them to get them unstuck. People complaining they weren't cooked. I was given my sandwich and I ordered two milkshakes. The manager with her hair up in the bun said I guess I'll have to get the things. She make the vanilla shakes and tossed them on the counter. The milk shakes splashed out of the top. She did not give me any straws , No eye contact, no pleasantries, just a frustrated attitude .The manager with the pink hair was standing there in disbelief. I would avoid this location at all costs I was out doing errands & at lunchtime found this BK I ordered chicken fries, King single on sour dough as its my fave bread & chocolate shake The shake wasnt mixed properly there was a lot of syrup on bottom the topper was the sourdough bread wasnt even toasted !!! I came here to order a mini shake for me and my 2 children and they weren't even shaking they were ice cream in a cup. My daughter got one of the chocolate shakes and it was vanilla ice cream with a little bit of chocolate sauce at the bottom of the cup. read more

For eons Burger King seemed to offer a spicier, more "different" menu from the traditional McDonald's bland offerings. The tables have now turned, and while McDonald's is trying more exotic fare, Burker King still offers that fast food punch for the kid inside of you that yearns to still be 7 years old and wear the BK crown. This Burger King is of interest due to its proximity to the Quonset Air Museum and Seabee museum. Another boon might be the desire for the employees of Quonset Point and Electric Boat for fast food or a quick coffee; this BK is there to serve you. I like the location because it's just next to all the routes you'd desire, including 403. The people here are very young and quite energetic bunch, offering friendly service with a smile. It's clean, busy but never crowded. It's nice for kids and there is a nice ray of sunshine to enter, perhaps due to the facing of the windows which leaves the kitchen (and therefore nonwindowed) wall towards where there is least sun. I recommend this place for some fast food or just a coffee. It's nothing special, but good for quick, cheap, enjoyable fast food in a clean atmosphere with friendly service. read more

This BK is not too bad..I have been here probably 5 or 6 times and I have never had a problem with the food or service. The location is convenient to the area since there isn't really any other drive thrus around. Overall this burger king is pretty decent. read more

They get our order wrong every. time we come here. This time they didnt give us 2 large fries. We counted the burgers before we left the window because that is what they usually get wrong, but we didnt count the fries. This happens time and time again. This Burger King is quite possibly the worst establishment in the history of food service. All of the food I order was freezing cold, the burger i ordered had all of the wrong items on it, and the service was terrible. Just left the BK on Post Rd in North Kingston, RI. The service from the team on this Saturday night was horrible. Pull up to the pay window the individual just sticks her hand out the window. No greeting , no salutation, no comment as she handed back the receipt. Waited for the second shake and that team member sticks her hand out the window with a "here" and slides the window closed. I have been going here for a while now. Moved to NK about two years ago. Walts is terrible over here,Kfc is decent so BK is the only good QSR around here. I have had many issues. Missing product,cold food (not as much). 2lbs of salt on a small fri (video on YouTube) the manager has always fixed the issue. Just the point of going home,have to return to get it right. Turns into a pain in da A$$!! I went today and got a Sec and a Bec one on biscuit one on croissant. When I got to window I wanted to switch the sas to a biscuit also. They must of had them made cause instead of taking the bacon off,they just threw sausage on top of the bacon. Person didn't want bacon!! So called and said next time. Just annoying I ran plenty of QSR and you need to check orders before going out!! People shouldn't have to COME BACK again and again to get there food correct!!!
