Ordered the cc cookie and it was hard as a rock. Called to see about getting another one and the worker said the manager said no. Mind you it was the night of the ice storm and I haven't been out bc of the roads and no power and everything being closed. I still have the cookie. I have pics and a video. I was cutting the cookie and it literally sounds like walking on the ice that's outside. This hasn't always been a good subway. But I decided to stop there on 9/20 a little after 5pm and they totally changed my mind in the best way. Amelia, is the best sandwich artist to ever work there. Just stopped here on my drive through the state and No safety measures are being observed. There's a sign posted that says you have to wear masks but no customers but myself Was wearing one and two out of three of the employees had theirs pulled down below their nose. I tried again, food is usually good. At least this time the staff had managed to get out of the bed time clothes and into some uniforms, however, the same lady that was rude to me last time was there again and on top of her game. I asked for vegetables on the side in a salad bowl, which I wouldn't have mined paying extra for the for the bowl. I don't expect anything for free. I understand that this is a business not a charity, however before I could agree to her suggestion to pay for the bowl she said they could only put vegetables on the side in the tiny condiment containers, which made no sense at all. At this point, I was out! We could have laid them on a piece of paper and bag them I really didn't care. Just a solution instead of an attitude would have been great! read more

We love Subway but not this one! The first time we went they were out of meatballs and badmouthed the evening crew. The 2nd time they were out of ice and were serving warm pop. This time there wasn't any lemonade. It was just water. After I let them know, they just ignored it. They were also out of sweet tea! We had to ask for napkins and they were out of lids for the cups. Very nice, clean store. Friendly service. Typical subway. Only reason I won't give 5 stars: employee not wearing mask properly ( not over the nose) and no unsweetened tea so I just threw the cup out. The improperly masked employee might as well not wear a mask. read more

Okay first of all, this is not a 5 star restaurant nor is this a tourist town. The food is good, typical subway. Usually very clean and well managed. The problem with this place is the slack-jawed morons that work here. I get it, you don't wanna work here, but please for the love of God act like you want to serve me. I know this is not a high paying job nor is it an attractive job to have on your resume, but you knew that before you applied. Everybody in this store needs to be fired, based purely on customer relations. Take it from me, I have been a patron for 2 years here and have yet to feel welcomed when I come in the door. read more
