Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up and bring it home, I realized that both sandwiches were NOT toasted as requested. So I proceeded to call the restaurant back and informed them of this issue. The lady kept repeating she did what the order said. To then take my name/number and have the manager call me. Manager didn't call me, the lady who claimed to make the order did. I know when I bite into TOASTED bread you can tell the difference with it NOT being toasted. Bread was CHEWY! Best place to get rotten ingredients on your sandwich! They will make your sandwich super skinny too.

They need to have employees that can actually pay attention to delivery drivers who come instead the restaurant to pick up orders to actually hand the order to the delivery driver. I have came in there one day to pick up an order but the order wasn't finished so I waited a few minutes to make sure it was done and when it was done the employee saw me standing there but she continued to just walk over there at the shelf and put the order there. She could of at least asked if I was the one picking up the order instead of looking at me and the proceed to put the order in the shelf. read more

First time ever going to this location. Went inside to order four footlong sandwiches and I immediately noticed the lettuce was looking brown. I said something to the manager on duty and she told me it's been coming in that way. I should have trusted my gut instinct but instead we have had diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Love the Christian music playing overhead, and the restaurant is generally clean and the food is fresh. Otherwise, the staff is slow-paced and often consumed with chores to be able to "go home", rather than taking care of the line of customers. This particular visit, only half of the tables were available as they had already put the chairs upside-down on top of the rest...at 6:30! 8 people in line with one "sandwich artist" doing everything and the other one doing "end-of-the-day" duties hours before closing. read more

There used to be some employees here that we're very mean to their co-workers and it showed in the whole environment, but since they are gone now the quality has really gone up. The employees put a visible effort into being friendly and nice, and if you go often enough they will memorize your usual order. These employees really care about how you want your sandwich, and you can be very specific on how you want it made and they will do exactly that way! It's awesome! The reason why I didn't give this 5 stars is because the employees do seem undertrained at times, and call in/online orders are harder for them to get right (though they have gotten better). If they do get it wrong and you tell them they will remake your sandwich for free and they are very apologetic and nice about it. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. This was the second time I have dealt with this one. Not only did she curse at me but also threw the pan on to the counter all because I simply did NOT want peppers on my sandwich. I am allergic. This restaurant may play Christian music but this employee does not portray the Christ like attitude. This kind of treatment no consumer who chooses to spend their hard earned money should have to deal with. I can deal with an awful sandwich with a great attitude but never a bad attitude that made me feel terrible emotionally. We will not be back. I've worked in this area for 15 years. I love Subway, I rarely attend this subway. It's an extremely busy location. The bread is normally dry, and it just doesn't have a friendly appeal to it. Today I finally had an incident that prompted me to review their service. I brought in a coupon for a 3$ six inch sub. I was told that the coupon was invalid because the sub I chose was the special of the day so I would have to pay 3.50$. I even spoke to the manager and she confirmed that the in store price somehow supercedes the coupon price. I have never experienced a company that operates that way. Coupons are specifically to bring in new business, and to provide a feeling of gratitude and well-being towards the "special deal" the customer received. The opposite happened in this case. They alienated a paying customer. And an extremely vocal one... *Edit - The owner did contact me to offer me a free sub. I never did take him up on it. depending on the staff, portions are more or less on items you order. it seems most of the staff is under trained an most of the sandwiches you get by the time you get them are more like a train wreck or 'stick in in a bag an shake it up'.. vegs, lettuce an other items don't seem to be that fresh an bread most times is stale...their are overly generous with the mustard, mayo on your sandwiches... read more
