At times the lines are long trying to order the food, but a little known fact you can try. You can immediately go to your table and order online and pay from your phone using the QR code card at your table and get your food sent directly to you. Who doesn't want to skip the hassle of standing in line especially with hungry kids during the peak busy hours. Try it next time, it's a game changer. This not to detract from the great staff. The service was good at the register but Iree (i think her name was) served us our food and made a comment saying "interesting name choice" and it was just my signature others nickname, I found this a little rude but to each their own. We stopped at Culver's while traveling because we love the one at home. We entered the drive-thru line and about 5 minutes in, regretted that decision as we were stuck, not able to get out.
